I had a 3 bedroom presidential on the east side east tower. Rooms looked real nice I had hoped I would be on the ocean side, but faced the street and music late; need ear plugs. Light switches into the rooms did not turn on lamps. Ceiling fan switches were not easy. Could come off in you hand. Toilet seat in master loose. Then water was shut down around 11 pm. So far my first day I am leery about the rest.

Awesome place to stay. We drove 15 hours to get there. When we were checking out the bell hop checked my tires to make sure I would be safe on the drive back. What great service and southern charm!!!

Out room was nice and the staff was plesent but the fact that I could hear the music from the bar every night through out walls and closed windows made things rough to enjoy a good nights sleep. You could hear the cursing and Dj from our room on the 12th floor. That's a problem for anyone with kids in their room. Another problem came from the horribly designed elevator system. Great location. Nice rooms. Staff other than management are friendly. Enjoyed everything until the shower door shattered on my 6 year old while getting in. Horrible experience for him and now has him in fear of our own shower door at home. We find it disturbing that we are charged $650 for replacing the door after the gentleman on the phone said it's happened before. If it's happened before a thorough inspection needs to be done of all doors and signs should be posted to beware. The manager was anything but nice on the phone... read more
