Simple service they did not make a mess and aerated the lawn as they said they would.
Tthe aeration itself went okay. My negative comments are regarding replies(or lack of replies) to my questions about service. When the guy first came out to my house, I was also given an estimate for further lawn services. I had questions about the types of chemicals used since I have dogs. I was told that the owner would have to call back to answer those questions. I never heard from him. When I called, a rather rude young lady was also not helpful and said she would have someone call me back; again, I never received a call... read more
I hired Emerald Lawns about 16 months ago lawn fertilization and weed treatment. I spent close to $750.00 with them over that period and still have a serious weed issue. They did come out on 4 occasions free of charge to retreat. But it was like pulling teeth to get them to do this. However they NEVER resolved my weed issue.

Hello Member. I'm very sorry it didn't work out with your lawn. I did appreciate your business and I feel we did everything possible to make you happy. We are always extremely happy to do free retreats if we don't set them up ourselves which is usually what happens. We had a lot of nutsedge come up after the rains 6 weeks ago and it just takes some time to get a handle on this particular weed. You also have 2 oaks in the front getting bigger and putting out a significant amount of shade which causes your Bermuda to thin out.... read more
Hard to tell if treatments were effective. I picked the worst drought year in history to pay for a lawn maintenance service.
