Without a hitch. They scheduled promptly, showed up as planned, did what they were supposed to do and did it well.
They were very unresponsive. They got back to me and said they would send someone out to measure. They wouldn’t honor the original deal and tried to up-sell me over the phone.

Said they do not come out to my area. Offer stated differently, not specific enough.
The normally-priced $46 service was performed 3 days after we bought the deal. The lawn is in bad shape- we just bought the house- so it will take some time to determine if the treatment worked. The Emerald technician leaves a statement of service and an invoice on the front door each time they perform a service. They accept checks and credit cards. My yard didn't get any better, and I let them know about it. They offered to come out and do it again, but they didn't show up. About 3 weeks later they said they had made a mistake in scheduling, and wanted to come out, but by then I had enough, and so I terminated their service.

It is company policy that we call 2 days in advance for aerations so the customer has plenty of heads up to water and mark the heads when possible. There haven't been many times this season that it hasn't been possible to give a 2 day notice but I apologize that it has happened to you.
