My review is not really based on this particular treatment but the service over the past two years. Although my yard has shown improvement over the summer, it is still not looking like it should for the amount of money I'm spending. The winter weeds that I was told would be gone with the hotter summer weather are still showing up and the bermuda grass is not looking nearly as full and green as it did last year (and we used Emerald Lawns last year too and my lawn was in much worse shape to start last year versus this year). I'm very unhappy with them. They have done fairly well on the grubs. I don't see them as much and I don't see the ants. So, that's a good thing. But, the weeds are still there, probably 80% of what they were when we started. The last time he was here, he put something on to address the weeds that is killing the grass. Scheduling has probably been the biggest issue and getting the monies worth.

If we call the night before and we don't speak to you and you don't call us back we have to reschedule until the next time we are in the area. Treatment took about 10-15 minutes. They did a good job, and we hired them to come quarterly to continue to treat our yard. There have been difficulties in scheduling, as we were left off the schedule once, and they would not call before they came which we said we required because of our dog. However, weeds are gone and our yard looks better.
They showed up on time every time. My yard is green as ever.
There were no additional charges. I don't have any issues.
The office manager told me they will not give me a 48 hour notice of when they will come out to spray, so I have given them my days off, but they called tonight asking for permission to come in the morning giving me a little over 12 hours of notice. I need them to notify me at least 48 hours prior to spraying for weeds or to go by my days off.

I'm not trying to mislead anyone and the vast majority of lawns easily fall under the 5000 sq ft threshold. Your lawn is right at 9500 sq ft making the aeration price $104. We call them when we need them and they come out. We pay $50 every month. They are very prompt. They don’t come if we don’t need them and we don’t have to have a contract. They came when they said they would. We are about to call them back because of the weeds. They are supposed to come out if we have some issues and take care of it. So far it’s been just fine.
It went well. I renewed the contract this year. They give you a discount if you pay for the whole year. They always call first and leave packet of information before leaving.
