My friend took her 12 year old cat into your facility and was not pleased with your care. She loves her cat very much and would go to the moon and back for this beloved pet. You not only charged the first estimate, but also additional charges that she was unaware. She would never complain about the cost, just be honest with her. Her kitty went with her favorite blanket and she did not even get that back This ER hospital is not recommended for good service.

We took our dog in on 4th of July. I could tell when we walked in the door that it wouldn't be a good experience. The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't seem like she was listening. Didn't even make eye contact. Waited for about an hour and a doctor came to tell us what was wrong with our dog. He didn't really tell us anything relevant other than she needed X-rays . This establish just reported my very honest heartfelt response to Facebook( because they didn't want to public to read the truth) ,therefore having it deleted. This is a terrible place to take your baby, the staff is disgusting & very inconsiderate! I had to take my baby here twice, spent thousands & she's still dead, she had cancer which was found by another vet, if they had found it when I took her the first time it could have been treated, but it was far too progressed & we had to bring her here to put her down, she was suffering & needed to be comfortable. The employees need a crash course in compassion. They are all about money, please do not take your animal here!!!! I came in completely distraught, covered in blood after my Yorkie was attacked by a very large dog. She was barely alive when I got her there, and they wanted $615 before they would even help her! Completely heartless people!!

Completely overpriced and more interested in collecting money before caring for a dog in an emergency situation. I am very dissatisfied twice, I will never go to his establishment again and for as many bad reciews as it has ought to be shut down and replaced with a place that actually cares about the animal instead of what profit they will make off of it.. I will be turning into Better Business Beareau and make it my my mission to get the word out on this horrible place, Just go look at all reviews on YELP.
