Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Was hung up on multiple times and waited over an hour and a half for my dog that they told me would be brought out to me “in a couple of minutes”.

We noticed our American Bulldog Dude was not acting right on Thursday night when we had gotten into bed; he was breathing weird and on the floor when usually he lays in bed with us for a bit. We got down on the floor with him and noticed he was pretty out of it. We decided he needed to be seen right away and my husband took him here while I stayed at home with my kids. We brought our dog in very ill on September 16th unfortunately there was nothing they could do so we had to make a very hard decision to have her put to sleep. we requested for her to be cremated and her ashes to be returned to us. They advised they would call us in 3-5 days so we could come pick her ashes up. We gave them a week and we started calling them and each time we called they just said that the ashes has not been returned yet. PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT The Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County was recommended to me by my vet many, many years ago. Over that time period, employees come and go. Over the years, we have taken 3 pets to them for emergency care. Fortunately, nothing was too serious, but needed immediate attention. My 10 pound Shih Tzu swallowed a 5" No Hide Chew last night. They killed my cat on purpose because I wanted to take her home.i believe she was given euthanasia in her heart to have the reaction I saw when I went to pick her up.Do not take your baby there.Dr.Woodruff and her staff even left me in the room with my dead baby and changed shifts and they left.
