We've been here before and it was good service until lately. It seems like your night shift front desk staff seems so salty and very mean. My dog was badly injured and has a ball-sized open cut wound under his belly, adnominal region, exposing some visceral organs, and your two front desks ask us to wait for two more hours due to the triage process. do not go here 🤬read the reviews on google; they've killed dogs and I PERSONALLY wrote a review that Im copying here: Horrible experience. Do not go here. DO NOT LET Dr. Rizwan Shahzad doctor see your pet. I have NO respect for him. The doctor who was there is least empathetic and least bothered about your pet - they only care about charging you money. We did not have a great experience. We were forgotten about in the waiting room. Had to remind the receptionist we hadn’t been seen yet. They called us while we were in the exam room (after we were in there unseen for almost an hour) to tell us they were looking for us! The tech called out, “oh s***!” in front of my children when she realized we had been in the exam room the whole time. It was so unorganized. It made us question the quality of pet care!

I took my cat there today at 3 pm. She had not eaten or had a bowel movement for 5 days. Saw my regular veterinarian previously on Friday and she recommended this ER hospital if I was concerned on the weekend with no improvement. Finally saw a veterinarian at 5 pm. X-Ray, blood work, enema, etc was given. Veterinarian finally called at 7:45 pm to give results. Suggested keeping her overnight, possible another enema, fluids and suggested ultrasound with specialist the next day. I decided to bring her home. Cost was already o... read more

Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Was hung up on multiple times and waited over an hour and a half for my dog that they told me would be brought out to me “in a couple of minutes”.
