The veterinarian Dr Arnold was extremely rude and unsympathetic was very vague in his answers and really acted as though he could care less about our dog I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I don't think I'll ever be returning to this Emergency Vet. I brought my 7 month old Chihuahua in the other evening with a bloated stomach . The girls at the desk were great, it was the Doctors I didn't care for ... obviously with her being so young and small I was very concerned . I feel as if the doctors were not actually listening to what I was saying . They quoted me for blood work and x rays , which I am not upset about . ($700+) I said that I'd like for them to do the X-rays to see if anything is blocking her up . They... read more

I took my dog into the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County in early October because she was suffering from a cluster seizure. Their only plan of action was to take the pills I was already giving her to control her seizures, shove them down her throat and charge me $40 every time they did so, and tell them they were just going to have to "wait it out." They failed to update me throughout the night despite repeated misrepresentations that they would call me if she had any more seizures. When I came to pick her up the fo... read more

I have been here for a poodles hip surgery years ago, we were referred...so we trusted and they did a good job on Gidget. The staff was a bit brash back then too. Well tonight I took my 11 yr old Boxer. She was bleeding from her mouth. It was getting worse through the day. So ..we went here. To the "hospital" who "can take care of life threatening situations " I would have paid but..the vet came out and said, "Its a tooth, not a cut, we dont pull teeth" UGHH..What you don't do a simple procedure like pull a tooth? "T... read more

Recently a pup was brought into your office. He was turned away because of your fees to treat him & no options to try were offered to this family. At the least you could have recommended another ER. He had 15 seizures that night. His family brought him in again & you wanted money; treated him but it was too late because of your incompetence & he had to be put down. When she paid $800 of the bill with care credit for that treatment, & most likely not the right treatment, you then told her she could not take his body home unti... read more
