This place is a scam. They could care less about your animal. Ask for a price before you go in. Their vets are incompetent. They charged me 3500 when my cat was in a diabetic shock and administered an overdose of a diuretic and killed my favorite animal. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS SH***HOLE!

Business response:

My 3 year old dog received a snake bite on his nose. I saw it happening and ran him to Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. They took him away from me immediately. after 30 minutes, I asked for an update, again at 45 minutes, then again at an hour. The hour mark I found a vet tech in the reception area chatting with the receptionist. She informed me my dog had not been seen or received treatment. He was alone, in pain face swelling and NO ONE was updating me to let me know the doctor wasn't available! I asked h... read more

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!! I had a SICK DYING Frenchie on my arms, showed up and was granted a payment plan through Dion and the office manager. Did a transfer from another vet to Collin county, brought my puppy in with a catheter still in his arm puking blood. The front desk lady gave me attitude. I simply asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. She smirked and laughed at me and walked off. I was placed into a back room by another lady. Sat back there for about 20 min. Two ladies came in and said that the office ... read more

Worst experience everI The doctor should not be talking to humans! He took an already devastating situation and made it one that will scar me for the rest of my life. NO RESPECT for my feelings when I was about to have to put my beloved cat down. I wouldn't suggest this vet to anyone!

Brought a stray cat to them that had been run over and they would not treat it. They made us take the cat back with us because the cat had a chip and they couldn’t get a hold of the owners. What are we supposed to do with this cat that has life threatening injuries???? Put it out of its misery for God’s sake! We took it to the animal hospital in Frisco and they took it. Shame on Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County!

Stay away from this place. I brought my dying kitty in there, and a bill collector disguised as a vet told me charge after charge and did nothing for my kitty. We paid almost 900 dollars.

Update**** My mom just called me crying because apparently this place put medicine in our cats personal belongings bag, but never told us when we picked her up that it was in there or that we needed to give her any medicine. There were zero after care instructions. Why didn't they tell us we needed to give her medicine when we picked her up????? Their negligence is the reason my cat passed away!!!! Please read these reviews before you send your pet here. They forced me to pay $2,000 on our kitty cat that died 2 days later ... read more

I had to take my sweet Missy (chihuahua) in on a Sunday morning because of conjested heart failure. I was extremely impressed with all of the staff and vet. The vet did not charge me for unnecessary testing. The bill came to $216.00 for the visit, an injection, and meds to take home. I did a follow up visit with my vet the next day and took the paper work in for him to review. He was also impressed with the charges and said if I had gone to most other places I would have been put through the money ringer....stating prob... read more
