They are the most caring people. They make you feel like your pet is in great hands when you arrive. I cant say enough good things about this facility and the people who work there. I have had to take both my pets there. I highly recommend them for your emergency needs. They are highly qualified.

Business response:

Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation. We know how stressful emergency visits can be, so it means a lot to hear that our team helped you feel confident and supported during those moments with both of your pets. We’re truly grateful that you trusted our team to be there when your pets needed us most.

We had to put down one of our older kitties yesterday evening and from the phone call before we went up there to the very last person we saw, everyone was AMAZING and so caring. You all made it easier to say goodbye and it just really touched my heart how sweet you all were. 🩷🌈

When we moved here we had horrible experiences at a competing ER, so this time we drove to Magnolia when our little dog collapsed with heart issues. We were professionally and kindly met & our dog was immediately admitted ( if its not life threatening you will need to wait). They provided a care plan with costs, and will treat in stages and add or subtract treatments, if you prefer. Updates are given and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and trained. They saved our dog ! Its a wonderful place and I highly r... read more

We adopted a beautiful lab mix from the shelter and unfortunately she developed kennel cough a few days later. The care she received was excellent. The front desk, vet tech and veterinarian were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely return if our fur baby needs help again.

My son and I came here Jan 4 around 7am to euthanize our cat due to an ongoing severe urinary problem. I already knew about uterine obstruction from having to put 2 of my cats down in the past, so I figured that is what was going on with Floofy. He had 2 vet visits at VCA since November. They tried some things and it seemed to make a difference, but then he went right back to not peeing, yowling and growling, licking him self, and recently peeing blood. I made the decision to go ahead and put him to sleep because I was losin... read more

Brought our boxer in with an infection in his mouth, staff was great from the minute we walked in the door until we came back and picked him up. They explained everything in great detail! Thank you EPCT staff and doctors.

This pet hospital literally saved my puppy’s life. I took my puppy to my local family vet clinic on 11/3 because he had stopped eating and drinking and was throwing up liquid. He was very lethargic. This all happened so fast & I knew something was wrong because he is such a hearty eater and very energetic. My vet at Stoneside, Dr Wolfe, did a parvo test and it came back positive. They referred me to this Pet emergency hospital for 24 hour around the clock care to treat him and hopefully save my puppy’s life. The staff at Em... read more
