He was very careless, he just red the X-rays and mri did mot care if patient was feeling pain or explain what to do feel better . Because patient has osteoporosis and surgery is not an option he doesn’t care , he didn’t not gave options at all .He was is a rush

Dr. Hallows has poor communication skills. When he explained the results of an MRI of my knee, I left thinking it showed the opposite of the actual findings. Luckily the physial therapist I saw the next day clarified the actual diagnosis. When I shared the MRI report with my son, who is a radiologist, he confirmed the physical therapist's review. Perhaps if Dr. Hallows had reviewed the MRI results before he saw me, instead of looking at them for the first time in front of me at my appointment, he might have been better prepa... read more
As a woman, I didn't love the way he spoke to me. I felt dismissed and talked down to. He did it with a smile though so I'll give him the second star for that.
Rush. Don't feel he concerned in the least bit about workers Comp injuries and on going excruciating pain I have endured for almost three years or discussing a solution. If I could give a zero review I would.

I had a really bad fall last year and needed orthopedic surgery. I was referred to Dr. Kerner, and my experience was absolutely terrible. He was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and very angry. He yelled at me. He was dismissive and rude if I asked him any questions. He has a terrible bedside manner. I almost cried when I left his office several times. Dr. Carroll was 40 minutes behind schedule. Talked 100 words per minute. Would not let me ask questions. Did not listen to a few comments regarding my current PT and past epidural steroid injection. When I read his visit summary, he made a few statements that seemed applicable to another individual (e.g. I did not have a CT of the neck. I did not miss work because I am retired). A wasted visit!
