Did not listen. Left me with a broken kneecap and torn patella tendon. Would not listen or want to try and work with me to understand what went wrong after he missed a fragment that was on the xray post op that would have saved me from over 2 years of issues that I have still having. I articulated things very well but he did not only ignore what I was telling him but did not give me the respect to document anything I was telling him to refer back to when we finally did find there was a problem.
He didn't know anything about my history, all that information should have been looked over. He gave no resolution for my pain or anyway to help at all. No empathy..no care..he was more worried about my 12 year old that's homeschooled and has been homeschooled since 2nd grade being on her computer, I know about hippa because little did or does he know I'm an RN & I have a degree in Healthcare Management. I will be getting another Dr.
I went in for a procedure that included 2 different cortisone injections in my back. Dr. Arecedo only did one. I didn’t find out until 2 days later when I went back in, on my own, because I was still experiencing a lot of pain. The Dr I saw then said that Dr. Arcedo “misread the order” and only gave me one shot.So, not only did I not get the 2 shots that I needed, but when Dr. Arcedo found out he had made the mistake, he did not reach out to contact me.I would not see this Dr again.
I went back to office for follow ups and concerns about still being in pain. He looked at my knee and said I shouldn’t be in pain cause I have a brand new knee. No further X-rays or follow up appointments just not concerned. My surgery was 8/3/22 still having sleepless nights every night as of this writing 12/21/23.
Arrogant, not interested in patient feedback, dismissive and will talk over you. Complete waste of time. Hard to believe he can operate like that and still be employed. Not surprised to see many others have had a similar experience.
My visit was less than minutes. Wasn’t given the opportunity to ask questions/concerns.

I went for longtime, slight pain in lower left back. They took X-rays. Dr. Musante came in, never examined me or asked one question. He said that I have the same condition as another family member, that there was nothing he could do for me but pain medication and PT. Gave me no time to ask a question and walked out. I'm not sure if he knew but my family member has had major back surgery, been in agony for almost a year, and desperately trying to get off opioids. I was traumatized. Almost impossible to contact & deal with his office post surgery. Surgery on 10/16/23 & still haven't received my requeste home Physical Therapy on 10/27 or appt for such. I am 85 yrs old & housebound on walker for 4 wks.
