I have been at this office since Feb 15 and I have seen four doctors who all couldn’t agree on what pain I was experiencing and why. Then this last visit I was asked to see Kerner and he spent all of five minutes in the room with me. Cut me off as I was explaining my situation. Mansplained my pain and then dismissed me to do PT and with another prescription I didn’t want. Would NEVER go back to this office.
Basically gave me the run-around and didn't actually address my issue. I requested a cortisone shot, but he danced around it and then just prescribed me an NSAID. I told him I have experienced the most relief with cortisone injections, but he didn't think that was appropriate. Instead, he brushed me off and said I needed an MRI. How is that supposed to help me, even in the short term? I will not be returning for an overpriced MRI when all I really wanted was to alleviate the pressure in my knee. Genuinely never have I ever had a worse experience. My MPFL is TORN, my patella is like way messed up. Never once did he mention these things after looking at my MRI. Never once did he go over it. The person who I brought with me had to ask him about to the MRI, and he said it looked fine. I had to get a second opinion, they looked at and showed me the same MRI which clearly showed my knee was messed up. 2nd opinion, 7 months post op for Tommy John’s and Torn tricep tendon repair in my elbow with major complications. Agreed with my previous surgeon’s procedures and course of care. Said he wasn’t experienced in open elbow surgery. His profile on the practice’s website states “He has a particular interest in elbow, hand, shoulder and knee problems.” He studied under the world renowned Dr James Andrew’s who perfected the Tommy John procedure. Spinal fusion September 2021 I had a spinal fusion that went wrong leaving me with my left leg severely numb. After getting an second opinion that they requested it came to be the disc installed was too thick and it is causing all my nerve pain down my left leg from my L4 nerve being stretched from the disc being too thick. I recently visited Dr. Hannibal at EmergeOrtho for my lumbar spine issues, and I must say, my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite his reputation as a talented back surgeon, my interactions fell short of expectations. Requested that my wife had hip surgery at Johnson Clayton hospital. Even though she had a hip replacement there a year earlier she was moved to Johnson Smithfield hospital.Was not given information about the surgery my wife was about to undertake and was not shown any xrays of the fracture.
