I had an appointment that I waited over 43 minutes and never was told that he has behind. He didn’t take any of my frustration into consideration. Provider doesn’t care about his patients and doesn’t bother communicating. I understand providers get behind it is the way of life. But when checking in and asking if the doctors on time and the front desk says oh yes, you are next and provider has been on time all morning. Not a fan of this doctor. He has no bedside manner and didn't even seem to care why I was there. He had my records but I do not think he even looked at them before entering the room. It was a complete and total waste of my time and money.

Did not leave feeling confident i knew what to do for my shoulder, what was going on with my shoulder, and felt like I was being rushed to leave.
I waited for an hour to see this doctor. He was in a hurry and it showed. He made me feel like I was wasting his time.
I was there on time. After an hour of waiting, I left. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

Dr Goswami is great, but the Smithfield office check-in staff is not. On multiple occasions there was only one staff member checking in patients forcing people with orthopedic issues to stand in line unnecessarily for extended periods of time.
