I am not impressed with this facility. My mom was transferred there today from south shore hospital. She was sent directly to a room and then ignored by the nurses for three hours. The doctor had come in after an hour and reviewed her story talked about meds agreed she could have dinner and then left. I asked a nurse at 6 if someone would be coming soon and she said I will find someone. I continually walked out toward the desk so they would see me.
