My husband was admitted after a long stay at Beth Israel Hospital. He was on dialysis and this was what we thought was a good option for him. He was over-medicated and went by ambulance to South Shore Hospital where he was in a coma for a week. He never really recovered at South Shore because they never got him up out of bed and was released to a nursing home on Cape Cod. He passed away after 4 days because they said he fell out of bed. Not possible because he could not even feed himself as he had no strength.

My father was a patient and they didn't give him the medications he needed directly resulting in a seizure. Absolute NEGLIGENCE! The place was filthy with sticky floors and poor service and no patience with the patients. Doctors weren't available and nurses provided empty promise after empty promise. It's laughable to even call this place a rehabiltation center.

No communication from doctors, they released my mother after a 10 day stay without the ability to stand or transfer without assistance and we are expected to care for her at home with no training or aids on how to maneuver someone who is unable to ambulate without assistance. Horrible.

I would like to thank the 2 floor staff for their professional service in taking care of mother and helping me learn the work that will be needing to be done when my parent returns home. The nurses and CPAs are outstanding, as well as the speech therapist, also someone braided my mothers hair to keep it from knotting up :) The case workers were thorough in their job description, although there are weekend and weekday case workers they seemed to be informed and updated by each other. Don't Don't DON'T !! send your loved one here... Shop around... the staff don't care! Place is very stinky and dirty .. ( well on 4th floor) nurses act like they are too good to help.. with an exception of maybe two..CEO Cindy isn't much help... it's Covid still on the rise and they have two people in one room ! No privacy. If you don't have any family... I don't even know how it will go for you... they don't come around often... the standards are very low when it come to providing customer Service. I was placed here for rehabilitation service after a major neck operation. I wouldn't send a dog here for help. They have 1 room for equipment which they they have little of. Their food is the nastiest crap ever! I had to use Uber eats once a day. The nurses woke us patients up at 4am to look for lice yanking my head in every direction (which with 2 rods and 16 screws newly implanted was NOT a smart thing to do).
