Get directionsSpent 15 days in the now-closed Metrowest branch. I was post surgery (cervical fusion). The staff was either new or retired consulting physicians who practice medicine of the 1950's vintage. I notice they are still on the staff list. The urologist took me off flummox and ordered 7 catheritizations in 15 days. On the day of my release, I was ordered by my own urologist to resume Flomax and the problem of retention disappeared overnight. The nurses who performed these procedures were inexperienced and made the process painf... read more

Braintree rehab used to be one of the best in the Boston area. Over the last few years they had a couple of owners whose only interest is making money -not patient care. Was there this week (03/31) for outpatient treatment, drive a wheelchair van with lift, all the HP van parking spots were full of piles of snow. This is not only against state/federal access laws it is unacceptable to their patients. Not clearing snow to save money is no way to run a hospital.
DON"T WALK, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! My dad had a stroke in January 2015 and was there for two weeks. First it's a ghost town I think they are seriously understaffed. There is never anyone at the nurses station and everyone there seems to really hate their job. The attitude of staff and nurses was appalling. They acted like I was bothering them if I had a question!. I visited my dad evert day for 2 weeks and I could never find an aide, doctor or nurse anywhere on the floor. I never did meet his doctor- he was never there! I... read more

My husband was a patient for 3 weeks in August 2014 due to a severe stroke leaving him totally dependent for all care. He fell out of bed within two hours of arrival and had to go back to the hospital because safety measures were discussed but not implemented. Constant short staffing meant sub standard care bordering on neglect. Extreme neuropathic pain was not tended to over a weekend because staff were reluctant to call the MD. He was promised 3 hours a day of therapy but actual time was an an hour and a half maximum.... read more

I would never refer anyone I know to this facility. My husband was admitted after heart surgery and a stroke on a Friday. The facility was not ready for an acute patient nor did they try to make accomodations because according to all dr.s nurses and nursing staff "it was the weekend". He was left in a heep in his bed with alarms going off constantly , nobody even attempted to answer any patient's help alarm. Patients were falling out of and deficating in their beds, and still nobody answered. I was told someone would g... read more
