This review is more like a "what to expect if you stay here" review. Oh Boy, this place used to be one of the best Rehabs in the area. This place has changed owners several times. And has continued to go down, down down the hill over the past decade or so. I will say most of the nursing staff here is nice. And they try really hard to be helpful to the patients. I guess it depends on the floor you get assigned to. The Doctors are just OK. Not Impressed. And the Weekend Fill in Doctors are "Paint by Numbers Medicine" Doctor... read more

If you just need PT....it's great. If you have any kind of medical issues, this is not the place for you or your loved one. There is a shortage of caring nursing staff, a lack of communication between nursing staff and doctors, and the nurses lack critical thinking skills. They lie about treatment given even documenting they did something when they didn't. They are cruel when it comes to giving relief medication letting patient wait for an extraordinary long length of time. The doctors didn't bother asking the primary c... read more

Don't walk away from the rehab......run away. Case manager was totally incapable handling any complaint. Three nurses on the second floor were lovely, OT, PT, Speech Therapist very good......everyone else failed miserably. Second night in this dump my husband fell out of bed. That should have been the first RED FLAG, unfortunately there were too many shortcomings to mention. It's compared to the level of care provided at Spaulding Rehab, not even close. His stay was a total nightmare,

My husband has been here for almost a week, PT folks have been really good with him, nursing not so much. He waited 5 hours for meds and when I called for the nurse she said he should have reminded her! Unacceptable! Other instances that I'll share when he's discharged. And the food!!!!! Not edible

My advice: If your loved ones is generally healthy then this is a great place for them. If your loved ones is generally ill with other complications then do yourself a favor and send them elsewhere. The nurses, tech, OT, PT, and ST here are all amazing and extremely helpful. They will definitely do their best to advocate for your loved ones. However, the doctors, although kind and helpful, could not handle my mom's medical condition properly. It's a lesson learned for me. You can only advocate so much before it is too l... read more
