I was placed here for rehabilitation service after a major neck operation. I wouldn't send a dog here for help. They have 1 room for equipment which they they have little of. Their food is the nastiest crap ever! I had to use Uber eats once a day. The nurses woke us patients up at 4am to look for lice yanking my head in every direction (which with 2 rods and 16 screws newly implanted was NOT a smart thing to do). They have sticky mouse pads IN every room! I had to get a DOCTOR'S NOTE to get ICE for pain & swelling and even... read more

So many issues. They had mice Short staff 29 patients for 1 aide on night Nurse only gave me 1 pain pill instead of the 3 I was supposed to get. She told me just to take the 1 than I can get the schedule 3 in 3 hrs. My PT and OT sessions were back to back 9:30 to 10:30 OT 11:00-1200 PT than 12:30- 1:00 PT again. Couldn't even eat lunch. That is way too much workout in a period of time. Bathroom was not handicapped accessible I couldn't move my walker from the toilet to the sink no room. The shower room wasn't really handicap... read more

This place is a fucking joke They do not allow children to visit their grandparents who are not sick but recovering from surgery They also only allow one person to visit at a time This means my 77 year old mother who can barely walk has to find her way to the third floor by herself Normally she always has someone with her to help her walk and find her way This bad vibe starts the Second you walk into the building and I greeted by a nasty woman women who is clearly miserable in her life The face she makes w... read more

Family member with mobility issues went in for about a week of strengthening and learning to use a new walker. He was able to walk in with no assistance. A day before discharge they told us that he was doing terribly and would need to stay (this was the first I'd heard of this though I'd been talking to different staff throughout the week). This continued for about another week and he was finally discharged in a wheelchair very weak, unable to walk more than a few steps with assistance and now having trouble swallowing as we... read more
