Hilda P a registered amazing person didn't even know I was coming in the room and I watched her with my mom giving her her meds her food spoon feeding her and being very very nice and she also educated me on medication I normally complain after going to Pam rehab where they totally neglected my my mom has been in encompass many times and Hilda P totally amazing very caring person I wish you the best and God will bless her for being so caring with my mother

Thanks to Encompass Rehabilitation for providing me with the highest level of care in my recovery from foot surgery after my release from the hospital. The staff of nurses, doctors and therapists that treated me are dedicated, experienced and caring professionals. My husband was sent there after being released from Henderson Hospital. I was a little worried about a rehab hospital. But, from the time he was admitted, he was welcomed, made comfortable in his spacious room. They are very well staffed & call buttons were answered within minutes. None of the staff ever acted bothered or too busy to take care of his needs. This place is very clean, my husband liked the food (we heard they had a new chef). His PT & OT was first rate! My husband was sent there after being released from Henderson Hospital. I was a little worried about a rehab hospital. But, from the time he was admitted, he was welcomed, made comfortable in his spacious room. They are very well staffed & call buttons were answered within minutes. My mom is currently here at Encompass Health Rehab on Jeffreys Street. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Everyone has been amazing...from the Drs, nurses, CNA's, front desk, pharmacists, therapists...literally everyone has been great! The level of professionalism, knowledge, compassion and care my mom received was top notch. A couple shout out's to Dr Miranda, Nurse Makky and CNA Tasha/Juvy. They were the best! My first time at a rehab hospital. As I had my hip replaced, a patient next to me recommended this place. She was absolutely dead right! I was there for 7 days. I had amazing care. So many people, and such kind, caring, and professional treatment. They truly listened to me. I am a full participant in my health care, and all staff were very helpful and were very forth coming communicating my care and meds.
