My mom was sent to Encompass after she broke some ribs and punctured her lung. She was treated wonderfully here, the whole staff was kind and really kept an eye on her. The most amazing employee down there was her case manager, John. I cannot thank him enough for helping us out with after care. She is now home and I called her regular doctor to make an appointment for her and was told that Encompass already made the appointment! They also set her up with home health care and physical therapy. The only negative is that t... read more

If your loved one needs acute rehab this place is great. Its a clean facility. Janitorial staff is always cleaning and it always smells clean. The doctors, nurses, wound care staff, physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are top notch. Your loved one will get the best care at this facility. The ONLY reason I am giving them a 3 star rating is because their ability to communicate with loved ones is severely lacking. Trying to get updates from a nurse or doctor is a task. Prepare to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes ... read more
