I am very dissatisfied in the way the nursing staff took care of my Father. My Father had a stroke and had to learn to speak and walk again. The nurses took 15-20 minutes to answer his call light and after speaking to the charge nurse regarding this behavior, absolutely nothing changed! He also never received his lunch trays on a daily basis, whoever was visiting my dad had to go get his tray. We unfortunately noted favoritism with white patients. My father shared his room with a white patient, he always had his lunch tray o... read more

So came down All the way from Los Angeles....2.5 hour drive.....wanted to visit my 84 year old dad for Father's Day...and they didn't let me visit...only 2 visitors per day! Really ! It's Father's Day....so disappointed. update: then when visiting with my mom in the Lobby....the front lady Kay I think told me what's my plan cuz this isn't social hour! Rude so rude!

DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR TO THIS FACILITY! My best friend was sent there right after having brain surgery. She was complaining about horrible headaches. Soon after she starts vomiting almost non stop for 8 hours! I and her other friends who are on her advanced directive, tried for 2 solid days to get hold of her via her cell and also the room phone....nothing! I finally got a nurse who told me she was just fine and was busy with rehab, and then another time said she was asleep. My friend is really a ... read more
