DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR TO THIS FACILITY! My best friend was sent there right after having brain surgery. She was complaining about horrible headaches. Soon after she starts vomiting almost non stop for 8 hours! I and her other friends who are on her advanced directive, tried for 2 solid days to get hold of her via her cell and also the room phone....nothing! I had a unfortunate accident on the 2nd day of a new job in Oct. 2019. It messed up my neck face & body pretty bad. I had to have surgery June 2. 2020. From the excellent surgery center in Orange I was transferred to Encompass in Tustin, CA., on the 3rd. As much as I hate to say this, they really sucked. They weren't familiar with someone coming to them so soon after C-spine surgery. I was told by a couple of my doctors & through some testing that I absorb medications quickly. Please don't go to this rehab. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I spent 2 weeks at St Joseph Hospital for a perforated bowel. Then was transferred to this prison. My first night there I got up to go to the bathroom, and a very loud screeching alarm went off on my bed. A nursing assistant came running in screaming at me for getting up. NO ONE told me that I couldn't get up to go to the bathroom. I will say that there were a couple compassionate people that worked there, but the rest just created a nightmare for... read more

My grandpa is currently in this rehab center after being in the hospital. We were visiting him today. He said that the staff was not very tentative towards him as they left him sitting in a chair in the dark for two hours without the ability to get back up to bed. He wanted to be placed in a lighter area so that he could read his book, they seemed to not care. Nurse Cannon was really nice, I don't remember her first name. The supervisor, Leslie Bainbridge was very very mean to my family. She overstepped her boundaries whe... read more

The place is very clean and great nursing and rehab, But the assigned doctor are awful, do not review the file completely and they change the meds without notifications and making decisions within a very short time in 2-3 minutes visits!
