This is a misrepresentation of what they advertised they advertise to help you in you vehicle maintenance issues but once you file a claim they try find ways not pay for your claim. They said one thing over a recorded line but after purchase, the contract was different.

I made a phone request to remove my name/address from mailings for "vehicle protection". After five minutes of being told "but, we have files; this vehicle is on the list; dah dah dah" I told the rep ********* by name that I would report to the BBB his unwillingness to simply remove my name from their mailings and in fact to attempt to cajole me into believing this was for my own good or that I already HAD this protection. I purchased a used car and the dealer highly recommended this extended warranty program called Apex Protection with the Administrator of Endurance Dealer Services in **********, **. I had to have my car towed to a **** Dealership to diagnose a problem with Parasitic battery drain. It turns out a wire had come loose and rubbed raw against something metal in the car and drained the battery. I asked the dealership to call the extended warranty place and they said that since there was damage to my vehicle (which there was none) ... read more

They told me if I canceled within 30 days I'd get a full refund they kept 20 bucks as a initiation fee said it's non-refundable

I have had nothing but trouble with Endurance, I purchased an extended service agreement when I purchased my vehicle through a used car dealership. Several weeks after I purchased the vehicle and service plan I took my vehicle in for some repair work. The servicing dealer called Endurance to get authorization to do the work, Endurance sent a representative to the shop to inspect and confirm, over a week later Endurance still has not given the authorization even though it is clearly included in the agreement. Misleading contract, lied about services, refused to pay for services they said they would perform, lied about circumstances and treating their customers poorly if they are a blue collared worker who does their own maintenance on their vehicles, it was like pulling teeth even though they said that would not be a problem and now Im pulling receipts from a year back and calling every store I bought my maintenance supplies from. Everything is recorded on their phone lines so hope that helps.

This company is a SCAM. Received a letter for my elderly father from sender titled "2021 ******************************** that said "We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our ************************ Plans (EVSP) effective August 19, 2021. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle."
