They sent out a letter about a price increase on a warranty. I have no policy with them. I called to tell them not to contact me again. The rep argued with me that this letter was only advertising to get people to call and supposedly I had contacted them at some point. The letter is misleading to a point it has a policy number. Do not do business with this company. They send out false advertising as a fear tactic. This is not good business practice. Do not trust any information coming from this company.
