I purchased an extended warranty for a used vehicle that had just over ****** miles on it. Low and behold that approximately ****** miles later the engines bottom end went out causing the oil to be pushed into the intake (normal for this) Endurance declined my claim due to: 1 - Sludge in the intake (again it is oil, not sludge, verified at the servicing dealership by myself. 2 - Low on oil (again, the oil was pushed into the intake causing it to not show on the dipstick. DO NOT BUY - zero stars Purchased this warranty and called to make sure my claim was going to be approved, before I made an appt with the dealer. The agent told me it would be covered. The dealer and myself spent all day on the phone with them; they were continuously contradicting about why the claim was being denied; I spoke to 5 different agents and each of them told me different things. Long story short - The warranty was never covered and had to pay out of pocket
Sending out false ads, asking me to pay more money for a warrantee and I don't have any business dealings or contact with them whatsoever!Only to find out this is a scam company. Trying to gather personal information.

I sign up with this warranty company for car repairs, change my mind, money was pay out for service l didn't not receive, wanted my money back and the company refuse to give all of my money back.
Do not purchase Endurance photo protection for no reason whatsoever I purchased the best program they had and when the transmission failed they wouldnt pay a dime because it was some rust on the transmission repair center said it has nothing to do with the transmission failing it was an internal problem but the way they get out of it and it does not say anything in your contract that if theres any rust, they can deny the claim again crooked company
Just received a mailing from this company stating that "there will be a Price Increase to our ************************ Plans (ESVP) effective May 11, 2023. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I don't have an extended warranty, and this letter doesn't claim that the company has a plan already in effect for my car, but it is written in such a way that I suspect many people will read it and think that an existing plan is about to see a price increase... read more
I purchased this warranty/Vehicle service a few months ago from Endurance. My car was leaking anti-freeze and of course, I called the dealership to set up an appointment to bring it in. I told the dealership I had Endurance and they knew what to do from there. The dealership working on my car called me and said it is your water pump but Endurance said they would not cover this because they do not cover seals and gaskets. Beware! This a scam. We purchased vehicles from Carmax and also purchased extended warranty from Carmax. Months afterwards we got a letter from Endurance stating that we had to pay additional amount or our warranty would lapse. We ignored the letter, thinking that it was a mistake. Then several weeks ago we got another letter stating that there was a price increase effective April 20, 2023.
