PURCHASED LEVEL 4 warranty, exclusionary.. endurance is denying my claim due to owners manual ************* change maintenance i have had the car and warranty for 6 months and everytime ive taken my car to a dealership ive had to come out of pocket due to the warranty not covering something.. Complete scam artists!
Endurance Dealer Services sent ** a letter explicitly worded to indicate (1) we already had an extended automobile warranty plan with them and (2) we needed to contact them within a few days to lock in "Loyalty Pricing" because they were about to raise their rates. Endurance sent a letter to my home address, but addressed to my mother's name, who resides in a different state. I don't know how they got our information. The letter was clearly predatory advertising, claiming that there would be a "price increase" to their service plans and that "after that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I purchased an extended warranty for a used vehicle that had just over ****** miles on it. Low and behold that approximately ****** miles later the engines bottom end went out causing the oil to be pushed into the intake (normal for this) Endurance declined my claim due to: 1 - Sludge in the intake (again it is oil, not sludge, verified at the servicing dealership by myself. 2 - Low on oil (again, the oil was pushed into the intake causing it to not show on the dipstick. DO NOT BUY - zero stars Purchased this warranty and called to make sure my claim was going to be approved, before I made an appt with the dealer. The agent told me it would be covered. The dealer and myself spent all day on the phone with them; they were continuously contradicting about why the claim was being denied; I spoke to 5 different agents and each of them told me different things. Long story short - The warranty was never covered and had to pay out of pocket
Sending out false ads, asking me to pay more money for a warrantee and I don't have any business dealings or contact with them whatsoever!Only to find out this is a scam company. Trying to gather personal information.

I sign up with this warranty company for car repairs, change my mind, money was pay out for service l didn't not receive, wanted my money back and the company refuse to give all of my money back.
Do not purchase Endurance photo protection for no reason whatsoever I purchased the best program they had and when the transmission failed they wouldnt pay a dime because it was some rust on the transmission repair center said it has nothing to do with the transmission failing it was an internal problem but the way they get out of it and it does not say anything in your contract that if theres any rust, they can deny the claim again crooked company
