I dont think they even deserve 1 star. Not very helpful and really bad on communicating
I have the level 4 coverage. I had a broken intake valve spring and they said I had to submit the last 3 service records. They gave me an email address that had a full inbox so the email I sent bounced back. This delayed the claim 4 additional days and I'm paying a rental this whole time. When they reviewed my service records they denied my claim since some of the records were handwritten by the shop that performed the work! Do not trust Endurence! They straight up stole our money. We opened a policy and asked every question under the sun. Their answer was just pay the deductible and you truck will be fixed. So we took the bait. Everything was fine for 7 months then my truck broke down. My 2006 **** F-150 lost oil pressure. We had it towed to the garage. The garage contacted Endurence and they sent an inspector out. PURCHASED LEVEL 4 warranty, exclusionary.. endurance is denying my claim due to owners manual ************* change maintenance i have had the car and warranty for 6 months and everytime ive taken my car to a dealership ive had to come out of pocket due to the warranty not covering something.. Complete scam artists!
Endurance Dealer Services sent ** a letter explicitly worded to indicate (1) we already had an extended automobile warranty plan with them and (2) we needed to contact them within a few days to lock in "Loyalty Pricing" because they were about to raise their rates. Since companies often buy smaller companies, merge with one another, or simply change names, we checked to see if our extended warranty was with Endurance -- which it was not and had never been. Endurance sent a letter to my home address, but addressed to my mother's name, who resides in a different state. I don't know how they got our information. The letter was clearly predatory advertising, claiming that there would be a "price increase" to their service plans and that "after that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I purchased an extended warranty for a used vehicle that had just over ****** miles on it. Low and behold that approximately ****** miles later the engines bottom end went out causing the oil to be pushed into the intake (normal for this) Endurance declined my claim due to: 1 - Sludge in the intake (again it is oil, not sludge, verified at the servicing dealership by myself. 2 - Low on oil (again, the oil was pushed into the intake causing it to not show on the dipstick. DO NOT BUY - zero stars Purchased this warranty and called to make sure my claim was going to be approved, before I made an appt with the dealer. The agent told me it would be covered. The dealer and myself spent all day on the phone with them; they were continuously contradicting about why the claim was being denied; I spoke to 5 different agents and each of them told me different things. Long story short - The warranty was never covered and had to pay out of pocket
