We purchased a used vehicle with a warranty from Endurance Dealer Services. We had the vehicle less than a month and the power steering, amongst other things, stopped working. We brought it to the local dealership for the vehicle. The dealer reviewed it that day (May 27 - Friday of Memorial Day weekend) and submitted the claim to Endurance Dealer Services online. I purchased a vehicle in March of 2021. I traded in that vehicle in February of 2022. I went to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from on February 28, 2022. They helped me fill out the *** cancelation request and emailed it in for me. They also emailed me a copy for my records. The gentleman at the dealership said that it takes them a few weeks to process the cancelation. Endurance is even sending out "Entended Warranty" letters to people who don't even own a car! But just kidding the fine print at the very bottom said it's an advertisement so they're in compliance. Overall lack of integrity.??????
They are a scam. They refused my claim due to rust on the brake calipers. Every car on the road and at the dealership has rust on the caliper. Its surface rust. But on page 10 subsection C of the contract, they list " rust" as a way to deny any claim. Rust did not cause my brake calipers to fail. It is surface rust. We are actively looking for other people who have had their claims denied to look into a class-action lawsuit. This company is attempting to sell vehicle insurance to a deceased individual that has not driven or owned a car for over seven years. I am nearly 100% sure that the dead don't drive outside movies and will never deal with such a questionable company that fails to do due diligence or take due care. Their actions are reprehensible and inexcusable.
I purchased a plan with Endurance via phone call and they really made me believe everything they said. Upon reading reviews and thoroughly reading my contract I want a full refund and my policy to be cancelled.
Would like to know how they got my name and address. Received salmon colored postcard ********************** Notification" "to inform you that your vehicle is in need of a vehicle protection update in order to ensure its continual optimal operation" and that "by neglecting to update your protection program, you will be responsible for paying all repairs out of pocket.". I have been been with endurance for the last 10 months. I havent asked them oil change or towing, rental car. Come to the point my car have transmission problems it has been in a shop for three weeks. I have provided them with oil change with transmission and change. The shop frustrated and wants me speak to them. They told they dont communicate with email. I realized I am scummed. I hope better business bureau will go after this peoples.
Just as some others are mentioning, this Endurance Dealer Services, Company is a SCAM. They may have a real product to offer, but they are suggesting this is for your newly purchased vehicle protection plan and that somehow it has not been properly updated. They are sending postcards to people suggesting that if you neglect to "update your protection program, you will be responsible for paying all repairs out of pocket."
