Endurance is a joke they just take your money and give you a lot of bs and make up any kind of a excause to keep from paying out for their service.I had my car pull in and technian said it was the transmission was bad and that i was libaleo for the rest which was 4500.00.I think we should get togother and try to get a fair resorthet .
I keep getting letters from them to update my account. They even gave me an account number. I dont have an account. They did this to me last year and I almost fell for it.. They try to scam people to take their insurance. They should be punished. scammimg inocent peple out of money, thinking they are renewing the policy the already have, when they are actually taking out another plan is ridiclous.
I went to use my sham of a warranty and was told they would not cover the repair due to a valve cover gasket leaking into the spark plugs and fouling them out. SCAMMERS ************ West Confirmed. They started auto deducting $200 out of someone bank. Don't not call *********************************."We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended vehicle Service Plans (EVSP) effective August 18, 2022." Completely untrue. If your car company's logo is not present, that is a hint.
This is a scam. They will send you a notification saying you need to update your car protection plan. Theyll even have the last four digits of your VIN to sound legitimate. I confirmed with the dealership about this and its totally a fraud! Our car protection plan was officially made with the dealership, not this company! Endurance makes it sound like theyre the administrator for the car protection plan!
We had Endurance coverage its been a couple years ago. We took our Pathfinder to the dealership to have the transmission checked. They had explained to us in detail what the problem was. They called endurance, endurance denied the claim. Stated they didnt cover seals. This isnt what was told to them by the dealership. Then the drivers side window wouldnt stay up. MAH, they've kept my vehicle waiting for an adjuster for 2 weeks. To see what I don't know I have the supreme coverage. Appears that doesn't mean anything either. No car rental all this time and finally the adjuster, needs to have a #1 adjuster have a look too. And now they are going to ship the parts to the dealship. I purchased a policy for my 2009 ****** Rogue. ****** unfortunately has CVT for transmissions which are horrible and a known fact to mechanics. My car began having issues in April and I took it to a ****** dealership and they informed me that it was the transmission, which needed to be replaced. Having dash boards lights or having codes is very important to Endurance in order to get a response from them.
