On Tuesday, November 14th, I called Endurance at. I keep receiving letters from them about an increase to my account. I DO NOT HAVE OR EVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH ********************. An employee got irrated because I would not give him my vehicle information. I asked to be transferred to a manager and advised him that all of their letters and emails are being referred to the **** At that point his response was "You have been deleted from our mailing list." The Customer Code was phony and the letter described a Price Increase.

Received a letter today from Endurance Dealer Services. It looks quite official. Return address is 2023 ******************************** **************************************************************. Text of the letter advises me of an upcoming price increase and that after a certain date, they cannot honor the service contract price specifically for my vehicle. This is spam mail, bait. Note the fine print at the bottom of the letter: "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage." i.e., to obtain your money. Read the reviews of people who fell for this, but don't let them reel YOU in.

On Monday Oct 30th I called endurance to get my car towed because it broke down. They wanted to send me to a shop that had closed five minutes ago during the time of the call. I told them I wanted to go to an open shop because why would I go to a closed shop? After my car was towed and in the shop for two days, the shop called me and told me that warranty was denied. Very deceptive marketing techniques: Assigned me an official "Customer Code" and told me to call because there would be a price increase on their ************************ Plans. I called, thinking that this was somehow related to the warranty on my new car - but it's just a scam to either A) get me to buy their coverage (in the fine print at the bottom of the very official looking letter it says "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage") or B) to phish for personal information. I dropped by car off October 4th at the mechanic. As of October 15th I still have no update on whats happening on my car. My mechanic and myself have been trying to contact someone and get an update we have heard nothing. The person I have spoke with was extremely rude and unresponsive as well. This is beyond ridiculous that they still have not given my mechanic an update. He is waiting on their clearance. Received unsolicited mail disguised as a tax-type document. Thie letter itself if carefully crafted, so it doesn't say I have a contract while suggesting I have one. This form is solicitation is, in my opinion, intended to exploit senior citizens and others who might be confused by the text. Deplorable.

I have received 3 unsolicited letters from this company's ************************* which intimates that I have a service plan that will soon experience a price increase. I refuse to contact the company because this appears to be a scam. It is important to avoid this type of unethical behavior at all costs.The company is receiving 1 star because that is the minimum required by BBB to post my review.

I bought a contract with this company. After 3 phone calls, manager authorization to send coverage card and coverage booklet, and 5 months of payments I decided they weren't the company they advertised. Weren't through their cancelation procedure and 1 year and 1 month have not received refund, but have received many excuses and offers at a discounted rate to continue service with them. My opinion is do not work with them and they should not be allowed to ever do business.
