Just received a mailing from this company stating that "there will be a Price Increase to our ************************ Plans (ESVP) effective May 11, 2023. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I don't have an extended warranty, and this letter doesn't claim that the company has a plan already in effect for my car, but it is written in such a way that I suspect many people will read it and think that an existing plan is about to see a price increase... read more

I purchased this warranty/Vehicle service a few months ago from Endurance. My car was leaking anti-freeze and of course, I called the dealership to set up an appointment to bring it in. I told the dealership I had Endurance and they knew what to do from there. The dealership working on my car called me and said it is your water pump but Endurance said they would not cover this because they do not cover seals and gaskets. Beware! This a scam. We purchased vehicles from Carmax and also purchased extended warranty from Carmax. Months afterwards we got a letter from Endurance stating that we had to pay additional amount or our warranty would lapse. We ignored the letter, thinking that it was a mistake. Then several weeks ago we got another letter stating that there was a price increase effective April 20, 2023. I received mailed from them that my warranty has expired. After going thru all of dumb verification questions and pricing I said "No Thank You". She said because of low mileage don't look like you travel much. Again no thank you she said "good luck you are going to need it." Rude!!!!!

Warning, scam alert.Received unsolicited "advertisement" (only indicated buried in fine print) with misleading tactics.Letter opens with a statement of price increase before the end of the month (with a printed date) unless they are called immediately.Letter also indicates a "Customer Code" and is formatted as a legal notification.Purpose is to get you to call them so they can collect data on your vehicle and "sell you" a **************** Plan" posed as a form of insurance.Company has the intent of preying on the susceptible... read more

Please DO NOT give these people your business. My warranty is paid in full and I still can't get them to pay for anything. My transmission failed and they denied my claim saying I modified my ************ of all that has nothing to do with why my transmission failed and they were told that by the dealership. I didnt modify my tires and those tires were on there before I purchased my warranty. Maybe they should inspect vehicles before taking peoples money. I now have to pay over $5k to get my car fixed. I wish I would have known how much of a scam this company is but the dealership told me this was the best plan they have to offer. I have engine problems with my car and now they are trying to deny it for a reason that doesn't make any sense. They had no problem taking my money. But they have the right one this time. They sent out a letter about a price increase on a warranty. I have no policy with them. I called to tell them not to contact me again. The rep argued with me that this letter was only advertising to get people to call and supposedly I had contacted them at some point. The letter is misleading to a point it has a policy number. Do not do business with this company. They send out false advertising as a fear tactic. This is not good business practice. Do not trust any information coming from this company.
