They sent out a letter about a price increase on a warranty. I have no policy with them. I called to tell them not to contact me again. The rep argued with me that this letter was only advertising to get people to call and supposedly I had contacted them at some point. The letter is misleading to a point it has a policy number. Do not do business with this company. They send out false advertising as a fear tactic. This is not good business practice. Do not trust any information coming from this company.

Took out a warranty on my truck with a 6 lift which is covered. First time I filed a claim and they sent the inspector out to look they denied the claim because they say the lift is too tall at 6.5. Not true but dont waste your time and money. Ive been without my truck 3 days waiting on them and then ** told claim denied.
I received a ********************* Notification in the mail. This business was started 12 years ago. It is now 2023, but my vehicle is a 2009! This is a scam, and it is also mail fraud! Why doesn't anyone report these people to the US ***************
I received a mail from Endurance Dealer Services saying there has been a price increase to their extended vehicle service plans. First of all, I don't have a car and I just 16 ...sooo...ummm no car under my name!! And yet I received this fraudulent letter. I mean what extent are these fraudulent people going to get to you. My parents are going to investigate this more and if they have take legal actions against this company they will. Be aware people!!
Get a letter from Endurance regarding a price increase on an EVSP that is coming up and I don't even have an account with this company. Feeling like this might be a bit of a scam as they provide an account number for me and then reference "depending on the make and mileage" prices will vary. Wouldn't they know what I drive if I had an account, What a racket. SCAM!!! Buyer beware.
Endurance is refusing to fix my 2016 Yukon transmission. Endurance is just as bad, as any other auto warranty. When I bought the policy, they explained that for the policy to become effective, I had to wait 30 days and **** miles from the purchase of the policy, well, now they are playing with words and denying the claim saying that I was supposed to wait 30 days and then drive **** miles for the policy to become effective, therefore making it a pre-existing condition. Endurance failed to pay for transmission work on my 2009 **** Ranger. They claim I modified the vehicle because the tires on my Ranger are ****** and should be ******. I bought the tires 7 months before I bought the warranty so I have NOT modified the Ranger in any way!! When I needed tires, I simply went to Discount Tires and they put the tires on the truck.
