I bought an Endurance vehicle service contract Oct 2023. Did everything they required of me to be covered. Had check engine light pop up in Feb **** & immediately took it to ********* ********* **. Endurance kept sending out inspectors giving me the runaround 2 weeks before denying claim! ******** mechanic even called Endurance multiple times. Have received numerous unsolicited letters from Endurance about increases in rates; however we do not have a car warranty with them. The letter is phrased in a manner that is at best misleading. They need to be sanctioned by the ***** ******************** as scam artist and prohibited from operating in *****. Letters to ** need to stop now! Endurance is a fraud.
After I purchased my new car, I received a letter with the letterhead of "Endurance" and a customer code of *********************, (without the commas) which might be on all the scam letters". It stated that "there will be a Price Increase to our ************************ Plans (EVSP) effective .....", etc., etc. I had never signed up with this company for service., so how could I have a customer #? Unsatisfied with the service I have received from Endurance. I have extended warranty on my vehicle and this company will come up with any reason not to repair my vehicle after I have did everything I was suppose to do to maintain my vehicle.
I bought the warranty and now they dont want to pay
I had a leaking water pump in my car and this warranty service wouldn't cover it. The dealership said they had not been denied before on a warranty claim request before. That told me that this company would find any way to get out of paying a claim. After paying about $1,000 in wasted premiums I cancelled it on Oct 18th. They continued to charge my credit card. After I got the first charge I called them to reimburse me. They said they had to send me a check which I never received. Now they are saying I didn't cancel it on Oc... read more
Received a very deceptive letter warning of a rate increase. Letter leads to believe I have coverage with this company. I have extended vehicle coverage but work claims through my dealership. I have no idea who the second party coverage is through as many people don't. Tried to sell me a $200 a month policy. Very deceptive business practice.
Endurance / Valuemax are absouetly the most unprofessional, non helpful rude people I have ever been forced to deal with. I would never buy another warranty through this company. My truck has been in the shop for a month because they cant get back to my mechanic with the info he needs to start working on it. When I call them they just tell me there is nothing they can do and have a really bad attitude. My guess is the 2023 above the address just refers to this year's batch of victims. No stars deserved for them. It's not just SPAM - it's SCAM.
