Don't get they will rip you off!!!!! .I had just bought a car used and I got the endurance insurance for it payed two months and drove over **** miles no problems with the car the after getting out of the hospital I was going to see my sister over 600 miles away my car started to lose power so I turned around went back to the city and the service light came on the car repair shop said that the transmission was going out so they called endurance they sent someone to look at it and said it had 17 times in the cars life time ha... read more
Sending out false ads, asking me to pay more money for a warrantee and I don't have any business dealings or contact with them whatsoever!Only to find out this is a scam company. Trying to gather personal information.
I sign up with this warranty company for car repairs, change my mind, money was pay out for service l didn't not receive, wanted my money back and the company refuse to give all of my money back.
Do not purchase Endurance photo protection for no reason whatsoever I purchased the best program they had and when the transmission failed they wouldnt pay a dime because it was some rust on the transmission repair center said it has nothing to do with the transmission failing it was an internal problem but the way they get out of it and it does not say anything in your contract that if theres any rust, they can deny the claim again crooked company
Just received a mailing from this company stating that "there will be a Price Increase to our ************************ Plans (ESVP) effective May 11, 2023. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I don't have an extended warranty, and this letter doesn't claim that the company has a plan already in effect for my car, but it is written in such a way that I suspect many people will read it and think that an existing plan is about to see a price increase... read more
I purchased this warranty/Vehicle service a few months ago from Endurance. My car was leaking anti-freeze and of course, I called the dealership to set up an appointment to bring it in. I told the dealership I had Endurance and they knew what to do from there. The dealership working on my car called me and said it is your water pump but Endurance said they would not cover this because they do not cover seals and gaskets. I received mailed from them that my warranty has expired. After going thru all of dumb verification questions and pricing I said "No Thank You". She said because of low mileage don't look like you travel much. Again no thank you she said "good luck you are going to need it." Rude!!!!!
Beware! This a scam. We purchased vehicles from Carmax and also purchased extended warranty from Carmax. Months afterwards we got a letter from Endurance stating that we had to pay additional amount or our warranty would lapse. We ignored the letter, thinking that it was a mistake. Then several weeks ago we got another letter stating that there was a price increase effective April 20, 2023.
