This company is really busy at SCAMMING people. They are sending letters to people with newly purchased vehicles threatening them of price increases on service contracts they dont even have. I misunderstood the initial letter regarding my vehicle service plan and mistakenly and very regretfully signed up with this company. I realized very soon that I made a mistake and tried to cancel the policy by phone. What an experience it was! My car was in auto care shop for 7 days the 1st day I was told that Endurance have to order the parts and its gonna take 2-3 days. Call Endurance on renter car. They tell me that they will pay $50 a day and only the hours my car is getting work on.I get renter car that I pay out my pocket. Then the guy had to take pictures.. I called this company to see why there is an increase in my extended warranty that I bought when I purchased my car, which I purchased the Lifetime warranty. I paid a lot of money for the Lifetime warranty and now theyre trying to get more money from me!! The person I talked to personally told me my time was up and hung up on me! He was very rude.
SCAM purchased warranty from endurance they have denied claim the reason makes no sense back in 2019 bought this warranty they have never covered any repair claims recently took car to repair shop and needed repairs were for **** dollars. claim was denied according to endurance because we gave the wrong mileage which is not true. endurance said they got mileage from carfax. on 7/26/2019 and we bought the warranty the same day later that day.they said mileage showed ***** but provided mileage just over ***** so they said we g... read more
They said my extended warranty on my vehicle was going to cost more than I paid already. My dealership said it was a scam. I spoke with a ************************* at Endurance. I just took his name and hung up.
Scam. Purposely tries to confuse consumers about the differences between a manufacturer's warranty, extended warranty, and extended service plans. Surprised they didn't trash mechanical breakdown insurance while they were at it. More bad news is it is futile trying to get rid of them. There is no opting-out and they are wholly unwilling to let you without subjecting you to scripted abuse. Have had this extended warranty for years! The only claim was for repair of the fuel pump on my 2014 **** Flex. What did they pay? $150. They've collected thousands and can not pay for the only or 1st claim? WHAT A SCAM!
