Endurance is a complete fraud. I have an extended warranty and they denied the claim on two parts that failed and those parts were listed in the covered parts. They have no problem collecting premiums.. just will deny any and all claims. Buyer beware of this company. They lie and state that your vehicle is covered..this is a complete false statement. #Endurancesucks.

Endurance Dealer Services *************** Agreements are carefully crafted to cover failure of parts that rarely fail. This is what our mechanic told us after we were denied a $600 failure of our Silverado's bearings and axle. The contract looks like it covers this - wrong. This should ve a crime or these type of agreements should state how likely the customer will need these ********************. We feel totally ripped off of $1600. *************************.. Called as they kept sending me letters and it was confusing as to what was expiring or that was going up in price. Talked with ***** who turned the call over to ****. **** became belligerent and demanding that I enroll in their program for my less that 6 month old, brand new 2021 Toyota Avalon. I am facing losing my job and he felt that I could afford the $165 down and $130 for the next 24 months. So I have been calling now for the past month to this company. My husband who is retired army, 5 tours overseas and disabled has no car because of this company. They have refused to send one of their employees out to do a simple review. Let alone fix the car. Now I have to spent more time with them mixed ** in a law suit with them. They never once called us to check on him or offer us our rental car. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone what so ever! On Monday 4/19/21 I took my vehicle to the car dealer for repairs, I reported to the service department the I had been smelling a burning smell while driving, I was also could hearing a flapping/ticking sound from the car whenever pulling out of my driveway and in the colder weather when turning on the heat it would take a while for the car to heat up. My contact number : AEVN20098151 I had my battery replaced, I picked up my car and within one block I heard a sound coming from the transmission I turned around and went back to the dealership. There were no check engine nor indicator lights on to identify a problem. A week later they determined the problem and filled a claim of Damage/contaminated radiator and transmission. Endurance Direct warrantee is a bull ****company they lie to you and refuse your claim no matter what the claim is my cam shaft went out in my 2014 jeep grand cherokee, and they are refusing the claim because I do my own oil changes and in which Im a certified ase master auto motive and diesel technician,in which i sent my documents in ti them as proof , i have never delt with a company like this before. Do not go with this company for a service contract warranty on your car. They will fight as hard and long as necessary to deny any claim you bring. I am in the beginning of file a lawsuit, for the complete erroneous denial of my claims they made. Regardless of how long you wait after the "grace period", your initial claim will be denied. They will also cite user neglect on any future claims you submit. Any positive reviews you read about this place are most certainly fake. DO NOT GO WITH THJS COMPANY.
