I brought an extended warranty from this company on 5/18/20.. After 8 months of faithful on time payments, I needed to file a claim. The claim was denied. Not only was the customer service rep I talked to rude and condescending, they offered a bogus reason for denying the claim. The contract stated that there was a 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period before I could file a claim. 8 months and more than 1000 miles had past. This company is the worst business we have ever had a policy with. They don't care about the customer. Called many time to speak to a manager and spoke to someone else posing to be management. left messages to speak to someone and nobody ever called back. They are just in it to make money how ever they can. We had a policy that was supposed to cover our transmission and Endurance come up with excuses not to cover the warranty covered transmission. Worst coverage and customer service I've ever seen. When I bought my truck in 2018, I also purchased the most expensive ($3000) vehicle extended warranty (Apex Pro) from Endurance Dealer Services. In March of 2020, I was at my second home in North Carolina. Both Florida and North Carolina issued a travel ban dur to COVID-19. While there, my front wheel bearing failed, causing me to have the vehicle towed to a small town. There was one mechanic in town and he replaced the bearing for approximately $800 cash. I purchased the secure plus coverage for my vehicle. I had an engine light come on and took it to an AAMCO. The mechanic called endurance and were told that the seals and gaskets were not covered which caused a mechanical breakdown. I had to have the rack and pinion replaced on my steering. Well to start. I had a breakdown with my vehicle about 2 or 3 months after I bought it. I did however buy the extended warranty through my dealer so I wasn’t too worried about the repair knowing I bought the best coverage with this business. Terrible warranty company; denies claims unjustly and makes you fight for coverage. I spent $2,995 for the extended warranty. The diagnosed problems are listed as covered in the policy. When I asked them why they weren't going to cover the claim, Erika ***** said it was because of the vehicle . However they knew the age of the vehicle when coverage was issued. This company engages in illegal activity to gain business. I received robo Calls in violation of TCPA laws from this company. I have attempted to resolve this matter with the company and have yet to get a response. They will call you without regard to the law. I am trying to resolve this outside of court but they are leaving me no choice.
