This company is a scam I had the policy for almost a year and upon filing my first claim they had me send over my oil change history to make sure it was up to date and when they saw everything was up to date myself and the repair shop could not get anyone to answer the phone for 8 days. When I finally got in touch with the company to fix my supercharger they told me to tell the repair shop they had to break down the supercharger to see if it had lubricants in it and if it didnt they would not cover it. I feel that this company is just another scam that will take your money and then deny any coverage and leave you with a huge bill at the dealership worst customer ********************** ever. I would strongly recommend that no one ever use this company for anything negative 100 stars

Get your information updated before telling your customers that they have not renewed their membership, It’s bloody annoying that I have to tell you that I have already renewed and started paying for my renewal. Get your information sorted out and don’t piss of your customers
Do not recommend. Found every reason to not cover the started covered parts. Keep your money. This is NOT where you want to spend it. Customer ********************** was OK but refused to even speak to the shop owner.

WORST WARRANTY COMPANY EVER !!! A year ago I got a warranty with them for my 2013 ***** Cruze. Then all of the sudden something goes on with my engine apparently Endurance says go get receipts for changing your oil So I do . Well because its a Mom and Pop place and not Computer generated they told me they could not accept ******* my engine is shot No vehicle By the way they wont help you get a rental till after they approve your ***airs. I originally called to get a quote on a truck I was wanting to purchase. I decided, after looking around and asking questions, that I wouldn't go with this company. They seem to always find an excuse to deny a claim. Most mechanic shops won't accept the coverage suggesting that you pay them and then file yourself for reimbursement. I asked them to remove my info from their system. After this, I have been inundated with calls, emails, and regular mails. I have asked for it to stop.

I promise all of these reviews with 5 stars are fake, this company is a scam. I got a policy the sales guy sold me a dream, he advise this is the best policy and you are fully covered. my car stopped o the road and here comes the moment of truth, the claim was denied. the *** told me I had the wrong coverage and he can sell me the correct policy for a higher premium.
