I took it to a local jeep deanship who advised that the transmission needs to be replaced. A claim was filed with endurance which was denied because endurance wants the transmission taken apart and diagnosed for the exact problem. They did not cover my car for any of the services I needed. I have paid for the services without fail for 5 months and everything they said my car needed was not covered. I have requested a full refund of my money because I did not receive any services from them at the time that I needed them and they refuse to give me any services to the value of the product is not worth the money. I am seeking resolution to my problem and I am hoping that Better Business Bureau can provide that.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, our truck has been at the repair shop for over 3 weeks. Tech-way and I have sent over all docs endurance has requested but the lady who is dealing with the claim (*********************************) does not reply to the repair shop or me. I have called numerous of times, taking time from my job. We had extended warranties before but never this kind is customer **********************.

Zero stars!!! Gave one star because I had to. They have been dragging out a simple claim for over a month and a half now. So I have had no car for a month and a half. They went as far as to send an inspector out to have the car looked at after arguing about what needed to be fixed, after 3 weeks of doing nothing. Now that the inspector states the car needs what is being asked to be repaired, they are again trying to find a way to not pay for this. I give endurance warranty, two stars solely on the fact that their customer ********************** representatives are very polite. However, I purchased this warranty in February 24 and I had to take my car into the shop at the end of June early July. My car is still sitting in the shop and its been over a month nobody had Endurance can to communicate with each other properly. I have called every single day for three weeks. This is the worst company I've ever had in my life I would not recommend them to anybody it feels like they are more about the money than their customers if I could I would give them a negative 5 they are hard to deal with and hard to get hold of and they will try to argue with you that things are not covered but when they are

Have been a loyal customer for over 15 months is my guess. I acquired an escalade and was over the 1000 miles, along with over the 30 days and my suspension started having issues. So me thinking I'm covered I took it to the dealer only to be denied for any work at all. And left with an inspection fee. This really left a sour taste in my mouth for this business.
