This company has been taking payments from me monthly on time and now that my car needs an engine they are trying to find a loop hole to not pay. My car has been broken down in pieces for over 2 months and theyve sent 2 inspectors out which both confirmed that my car needs a new engine. Everytime I call endurance I get the run around and transferred here and there with no resolution. I would tell anyone to never have any dealings with this company. It's a scam they don't pay for repairs, they claim that they are reviewing your claim and they cancel your contract stating they can't verify your mileage upon purchasing your contract

It started out great, then good, now down HILL from here. Worst Ever!I switched ***after paying for a diff *** & 40 days later my motor went. 1st thing out the adj ***** is, it's suspicious! He didn't know me, no one EVER called me in 3 wks, & assumed it's suspicious!Who would go thru all this 2 get the same motor w/like or more miles? I was lied to telling me the oil sample was sent out on the 12th! I was patient every wk! Find Another Warranty Company! Having your car disabled and needing a Tow, because the Alternator died, doesn't qualify as an Emergency. They told me this, After I provided them with the documentation they requested of the repair and my paid invoice, so I could be reimbursed.Despite proof of me emailing these documents to them, they claim to have not received them, and no one gets back to you, so you have to call them if you want to know the status of your claim, and still there's no consistency as to what you're told by var... read more

No fight was put up for my vehicle when they exposed the wrong oil was placed in my car which caused me to purchase a new engine.The same place they did my inspection was where the bad oil came from during an oil change. Xtreme dodge my ***********. I had to purchase 12 new lifters out of pocket in regards to a camshaft endurance didn't wanna cover.I feel endurance should've made this dealership be responsible for this horrific problem.

Endurance says it covers my turbo but it wont cover a dump valve thats connected with the turbo. Only way to repair it is that you have to replace the turbo. $3100 repair cost. Just a way to get out of paying for a repair.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I tied to cancel on day 30 as we sold our car. I tied calling numerous times and was not able to reach anyone. I tried emailing and got no response. I tied calling the person that sold me the warranty, nothing there either. This was on a Friday so now I had to wait until Monday to try again. Now the trial period has expired, and they already billed me for the next month. Finally reached someone on Monday, explained why I wanted to cancel and was told I had to track down a form from there... read more

I too had a horrible experience trying to cancel the policy during the 30 day look over period. I was assured after my partner and I looked over everything should we decide against purchasing, cancellation would be easy. It was anything but. I kept saying I want to cancel and the customer ********************** rep, who I am sure was trained in this method, kept badgering me about the whys of my decision.
