July 2024 i called to reactivate my policy. I had to start over with a new account. After i paid my $160 one month premium i became very concerned about keeping this policy as i was Never informed of the 30 day waiting period. I called back 3 days later to cancel my policy. The man kept me on the phone for an hour. Trying to sneak me into staying. Then i said i was very salty bc my plan got cancelled last month and now i have to start all Over again with a 30 day wait and ***** miles. I lost a whole years worth of my past pa... read more

The last claim I filed they did not pay the total price of my parts I had to take out a loan to cover the rest whats the point in a warranty if you still have to come out of pocket. I would never recommend Endurance to anyone.

I was told initially my vehicle was not eligible even though it just went out of factory warranty with only 64k miles. **** I was told my vehicle was eligible if I completed enrollment on the call. While speaking with the associate on the phone I checked, sure enough my vehicle was considered "high risk" for electronics failure. Have never had a moment's trouble out of this vehicle, but figured six year old vehicle is due, so started the enrollment process and signed up. I believe Endurance improperly, if not deceptively, denied the full amount of my claim because nowhere in our contract is there any mention of any cap or limitation on the cost of parts required to repair or replace a failed component so long as the covered repair is performed by a licensed repair facility, which it was ***** Service Department).When I was contacted by the service department who initiated my claim on my behalf with Endurance, I called and spoke with an Endurance representative about LHMs comment that Enduran... read more

I purchased an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services my needed repairs and the claim was denied for a part that clearly states in my contract was a covered part. I had to pay $5800 for repairs. This was so frustrating because during the process the representatives in the claims department were rude and was really no help. I wanted to seek legal advice on this issue because this company claims all engine components was covered and for them to deny claim for a part that is actually covered now I'm out of $5800 ... read more

This company will not give you a prorated refund even though they will present the impression that if you do not use there services they will give you a refund.

On June 5th, 2024, my check engine light came on. I drive a 2018 Mini ****** ********** and took it to **************** of ************, a specialist in *** repairs. On June 6th, I received a report diagnosing issues that required replacing the fuel tank cap, engine mount, and engine mount ISG. Thus company started out in the wrong foot. The sales rep. ********* me and I was almost mileage up onmy ****** mile dealer warranty. I agreed to the terms however I was short on the payment she said that it was fine the funds would not be pulled fir 3-5 days That was perfect so I gave her my card information to find they pulled the money that day. Im a disabled veteran and I purchased this warranty from Endurance 10 months ago after my old warranty expired. I wanted piece of mind and Endurance came up as one of the top five. Unfortunately I had an issue with the fuel pump, which is located inside the fuel tank. My claim was denied because of rust and corrosion. My vehicle is a GMC ****** 2015. While this is their policy, how is a customer supposed to know if a covered part has rust or corrosion without having the part removed by mechanic. The extremely upsetting part ... read more
