They get 0 stars! This company Ive been paying for months and had it go down on me with no warning. I sent it to a repair shop and had to wait over a week for someone to come inspect it from the company. They WILL NOT replace a motor because they say the wheels and tires arent what came on it but its how I bought it! They are **** tires on a **** car! I didnt know they werent supposed to be on it. I have one vehicle with this scam company and made a claim on my turbo that went out on my Cruze and they denied because it was a pre-existence. Tell me how that can be a pre existence issue when the vehicle never seen a shop. Not to say they made me wait 8 days for them to denied it after they were asking for receipts of an inspection which was sent . This adjusters are not qualified for any claims all they look for is was best for the company. I would recommend anyone not to buy this scam product .

This company does not give any customer ********************** in a timely manner. They also quote one price and charge a higher price.They refuse to cover repairs when the contract says they should.They make it hard to cancel a contract.They tell you lies to keep your contract.They don't send you a copy of the contract for almost a year, even after numerous phone calls.

I signed up for endurance. When I signed up they told me my payments would be a certain amount. I called back I had some questions and was told that I was lied to by the earlier employee and that the payments is actually double of what was promised. I then canceled because I won't be apart of a business that lied to me.

I had been paying monthly on my policy faithfully and when I decided to file a claim, endurance told me that I was not covered for quote, ANYTHING! After the embarrassing time with the mechanic, he explained that I've been riding on a broken front axle and it was life threatening. So I, had to pay over ****** out of pocket for the repair, which is about the same amount of money that I have given to endurance for nothing. It's a scam. They take your money and deny your claim after waiting 3 weeks or more and nothing is being done.
