This has been the absolute worst warranty place ever! We bought it hoping to have peace of mind but it has been a pain in the butt! Our transmission went out. They wanted the dealer to take pictures and videos to prove that it was indeed the transmission. The dealership complied. Still wasn't good enough. Endurance sent out an adjuster to get more information. Even the adjuster told the dealership they agreed to be the transmission. Still they have denied. Endurance wants us to pay out of our pockets to have the transmission... read more

I have purchased this warranty on my car was told I could not use the warranty for after 30 days and had 30 days to cancel it so after the 30 days my check engine light came on I took it to the dealer and they diagnostic and endurance said I needed a whole bunch of documents to get my car fixed so I had to pay for a rental car for 2 weeks then I had to pay to get my car back from the dealer and they took a payment out of my account after I canceled it I just trying to get my money back that they took from me

STAY AWAY!! This company is a scam. I have had them since December of last year and they do not cover anything. In addition, you have to tell the dealership or repair company BEFORE they work on the car or Endurance will not cover it. I tried every avenue to cancel my policy with them and they do not answer phones nor return emails. I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Now they call me every few days saying, "Hi, we haven't received your payment, would you like to take care of that today?" I proceed... read more

What they sell is a lie and fraudulent!They do not cover all expenses!My daughter's transmission went and they would only cover the average JD Power value of the car, not the cost of the transmission which was over $6,000. The only way a repair can be covered is for the car to be almost brand new and not over 10 years old. I was told this would cover all costs. That is also what they tell you in their commercials. I had a valve on my turbo go bad. Its part of the housing on the turbo.$3100 to have it replaced. The dealer called endurance and they said that it wasnt covered. Now if the turbo itself was bad they would cover that and it would cover the bad valve but since it was connected to the turbo housing its not covered. Another way of getting out of paying for a repair.

Horrible. Was told all I had to do was drive 30 days and 1k miles which I did . Was also told it goes by service date also not tow in date. I did what was required and they refused to pay to get my car fixef

i Purchased this warranty on 6-14-2024 and was told that i didn't need any inspection on my vehicle which is required but my truck was before the inspection mileage, i submit a claim for repair on 7-25-2024 they denied me and reason was improper maintenance, i believe there should have been a inspection done before selling me any warranty that cost more than 3 thousand dollars, i Paid for the Policy in full and still haven't received my refund or any status on when i will get a refund. there process is a scam and is NOT True... read more

Took advantage of my willingness to talk to them. They solicited my business and I was talked into getting 30 days to make up mind. When I called back to say I didn't want the person there kept me.on the line for 30 minutes trying to deny my cancellation.

I purchased a warranty from Endurance warranty services and never had to use it. I traded my vehicle and called Endurance to cancel. The representative was very high pressure and tried to twist my arm into transferring to warranty to my brand new vehicle. When I maintained that I wanted to cancel, she stated that it must be done in writing, signed and forwarded back to Endurance. She stated that she would email me the document.
