Back in May of 2021, My dealership reported that my engine and transmission needed to be changed. Endurance sent a 3rd party inspector to inspect my car and this 3rd party determined to replace my engine and not replace my transmission. Endurance also made me drive my car for a period of time before they replaced my engine which I lost miles on my warranty. Endurance Warranty is definitely a fraud! Do not purchase a warranty from them! I purchased a warranty from them several months ago and unfortunately, my vehicle has a blown head gasket, which is supposed to be covered. When I filed the claim, the representatives (2) that I spoke with were very nasty and condescending on the phone. Claims department just rude ... Spoke to 6 different people still no results. Stay away from this company. Supervisors are never available. Stayed on hold for nearly 2 hours. I have had many warranty experiences. This is the worst. They said that they had a special place their hearts for Veterans. The entire experience has been misleading.
From my investigation into this company, it seems they have a history of taking advantage of people, especially the elderly. My mothers situation was that they denied a claim based on the number of miles she should have before a claim could be paid. They gave me a rundown from the starting mileage to the current mileage. ********* to this information my mother started the policy with ******* miles. Ive had the worse experience with this warranty company (Endurance Warranty) and filing claims for auto repair! Im currently dealing with a claim that has been filed since January 24, 2022 and I received my first phone call Tuesday February 8, 2022! I was lied to on that call by the claims adjuster, Ereis, that he would contact the repair facility to discuss the repair! As of Wednesday February 9, 2022 they havent heard from him! Worst decision I've ever made in my life. This company was an absolute waste of time. Don't waste your time and money.
I have never been Harassed by a Company like this before, they don't Understand the Meaning of the word NO AND DON'T EVER CALL OR SEND ANYTHING TO ME AGAIN!!!!! And Their rudeness is Ridiculousness. I've read a lot of the Complaints Written by other People. And Then I noticed That every so often after receiving so many Ratings of 1. Suddenly they get a few 5s all with in a day or two, Gee I wonder who those people are? I am Going to Turn Them into the *************************
My mechanic tried multiple times to get someone to come to review and approve the needed repairs. Once someone came out, twice, they told him the repair was approved, he did the repair, sent them the invoice, and they denied payment. That was a $3k job. The last repair needed was denied over the phone only after months of trying to get approval. He had several times been placed on hold and then the call would disconnect.
