If I could give a no star rating that is what I think of endurance. I bought a policy stating that the mileage on my car was ******* and something miles. I called back the next day to give them an exact mileage of ******* and the person I spoke to check the mileage is ****** so that void my warranty they wouldn't give me my money back and I got nothing for what I paid. I don't agree with this Decision but they decided to not insure my car. Even though I have a policy stating that I told him it was ******* and the day before.
This company just takes your money and denies your claim : ( I have a 2016 Chevey Malibu with ****** miles and can not get any help : ( Please do not give your money to this company : (

Do not give this company your money. They only cover vehicle issues that are classified as "catastrophic failures". We have a new vehicle, 2016, that began having transmission issues. Since the vehicle was still "drivable" and the issues were due to wear and tear, they refused to cover the cost of the repair. The transmission issues caused the vehicle to at random not exceed speeds of 20mph, which almost caused us to get in an accident when entering the highway. Purchased a policy for my 2016 ***** Silverado z71. When I purchased the service agreement from the sales man he asked a serious of questions about the vechile such as does it have a lift kit? My response was no it has a leveling kit then he asked the tire size which I then told him also told him about my taunto cover and my exhaust. Which wasn't a issue at the time 3 almost 4 months later transmission starts acting funny so I called they told me not to drive it to have it towed which in the process I ended up paying for it ... read more
I received an unsolicited mailing (and I don't even own a car!). I called their number and requested that my mailing address be removed from their database (no idea if they will actually comply). I also inquired as to how they obtained my address, and the representative I spoke with claimed that they do not buy any information, and only use publicly-available information. Endurance Direct Warranty had a policy that I wanted to buy but the Representative told me I was lying about the mileage on my *** (he would know)and they would not cover me in late October 2021. On December 1 the same Representative call me to sell me a policy and I ask him why was he calling me when he was the same rep who denied me, he then hung up on me, same day I get an email also trying to sell me a warranty, I replied why?? Paid for a Endurance WARRANTY plan for a year AND then, the first claim got filed. And , It was denied AND, then I cancelled the plan AND, ONLY got back $445.00 of the $1200.00 that I had PAID IN. That's how I spell......POOR SERVICE.
