I am in the market to purchase extended warranty for my 2013 Audi. I called several extended warranty providers and ended up talking to a very polite woman at Endurance. I told her exactly what I'm wanted and the offers I have received from other competitors. Simply asked for a quote and guy on the phone trying to pressure me into buying their warranty. Nope i wanted a quote only. Don't be so freaking pushy dude.
DO NOT PURCHASE worst warranty ever! I have 2 vehicles that i pay for coverage. I was promised by the sales rep that I was given the best coverage on my ******* top! Since I have had this warranty between the 2 cars I have had to file a total of 4 claims, every time a claim was put it has been denied! I have had to pay out of my pocket ******** for the cars to be fixed on top of my monthly payments to this warranty. Had slight vibrating when near 40-50mph. Brought car in for oil change and mentioned the vibrating. Long story short, I need a whole new transmission. I had zero codes, zero physical evidence and zero idea that it could be the transmission. Endurance denied my claim because there was a joint(?) leak that was SO minor that there wasnt any evidence of on my driveway or work parking space. These guys talked me into buying a contract knowing my car was not eligible for. My car breaks down they dont want to honor it saying that my car doesnt meet the criteria for the contract I have with them. If thats the case why the sales person consistently called and talked me into getting the contract saying its the perfect one for my vehicle and its the best one for it as well. Will not pay for repairs. Work as hard as possible to not pay for things. You will be on hold for 30+ minutes to be treated rudely and told a list of things that are covered. It also took some effort to find a repair shop willing to do business. Rude. Unhelpful.
This company is a joke and would never recommend them ever! They use to be a good company, I've had 4 warranties through them but I am canceling all of them. I do not want them to have my money. Customer ********************** is rude and condescending. Do not buy anything from them.
They seem more like scam artists than a legitimate warranty company. They sent a mailing stating that extended warranty services plan rates for my vehicle were increasing and to call to go over new rates. I called merely to verify what I suspected and heard the same scripted speech about how they were a leading warranty company that partnered with several other warranty companies 3 different times.
