DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a warranty from Endurance for $ 2500.00 paid in full had the warranty coverage for about a month and a half and my **** Truck had broke down it was towed to the **** Dealer and its been at the **** repair shop for TWO MONTHS The Endurance warranty is giving the **** repair shop a runaround and the service adviser has been on the phone with Endurance Smart Auto Care for HOURS ON END and the **** Service department say the turbo charger is gone and needs to be replaced but Enduran... read more

I was told by Endurance I could not view their contract terms unless I signed up; that I would have 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep them. Almost 30 days after signing up I still had not received the contract nor could I view it on line. So, I decided to cancel. Policy was canceled over the phone and I was told I would receive my down payment of a little over $208.00 in about 10 business days. I was not happy with my custonee service. The customer service representative that I talk to when I called to cancel my service was very rude. Instead of understanding what I needed in wanting to cancel my policy due to lack of financial means, he sits there and lectures me instead on the higher need was keeping my car covered than putting food in my children's mouth. when I finally got him to cancel the policy, he tries to make up for what he has said and his actions by trying to give me a discounted rate. I WOULD GIVE IT - 2 IF I COULD! ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. THEY MAK THE PROCESS HORRIBLY INVOLVED AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND WHEN YOU CALL, THE FIRST REP YOU GET ALWAYS STATES THAT YOU MUST SPEAK WITH ANOTHER LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THEY TRANSFER YOU BACK INTO A CUE WHERE YOU WILL HAVE A MINIMUM 10 TO 40 MINUTE WAIT AS IN MY CASE. Received a letter that my warranty was ending. I called to tell them I no longer had that car. The man asked me many personal questions, got another person on the call and tried to sell me another policy for my old car!! WHAT SCAM ARTISTS!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!!

Endurance warranty is a joke . They will not fix certain parts for your car even tho it’s included in the warranty . Just think about it . Why would they pay the money for something that’s going cost them more. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I canceled my policy right away after such a poor experience. Even this is such a hassle! They don’t tell you about how this process works when you are signing up. Endurance warranty is a joke . They will not fix certain parts for your car even tho it’s included in the warranty . Just think about it , if you paying $125-$180 a month for full coverage. Why would they pay the money for something that’s going cost them more .

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I called in 2 months ago to purchase an auto warranty with this company. I wanted to do the Secure Plus policy they offer but was instead transferred to a manager last minute and suckered into a sub standard policy. He said it covers the same things, just cheaper. Waiting period to make any claims was 30 days. That was not true, so I called back and switched it to the Secure Plus (the one I wanted to begin with). Guess what? Another 30 day waiting period. Continual/repetative solicitations, as if we will be worn-down and finally give in to their 'game' of fear and threats. They have all the legal things in place to protect themselves and deny any and all claims. "Wear and Tear" to not being able to change your own oil, or complete documentation regarding maintenance (oil change receipts require a VIN number?).
