Should run from this company. I pay about $90 a month. Had a major engine problem and they denied the claim. It's all in the sneaky wording in the contract. Don't waste your money
We received a letter regarding a new car we had purchased. the letter indicated that after X date, "Endurance" would be unable to honor the "service contract pricing" designed for our vehicle. The tone of the letter is threatening and implies strongly that we have a warrantee that they will no longer be able to honor unless we call them. Will has to be the best customer service rep. I've ever dealt with in my life. I had problems with the repair facility contacting endurance to file the claim..But after speaking to 10 other agents for a 5 day period as soon as Will answered he went above and beyond to contact the repair facility himself which they are not supposed to do not once but twice to resolve my issue..THIS MAN NEEDS A PROMOTION..
This is a scam targeting the elderly. My dad (who is elderly) has wasted $2000 only to be denied a claim that is a true and honest claim. He has made numerous calls to assure and endurance and is getting the run around through their customer service and claims department. Find it so interesting that Jordan ****is CEO for both companies. I just wish these people were honest.
I bought this warranty based upon the customer reviews, but I have been very disappointed. Our mechanic (that the warranty company recommended) has attempted to submit a claim to Endurance for the past 2 weeks and has received no response. I have attempted to call Endurance myself and I keep getting transferred to someone else (the last time I called I was transferred 4 times). This company is fraudulent. Their contract (though seemingly comprehensive) has two clauses fit into it that with their exemptions nullifies 100% of all repair work coveree. 1st clause - no technical service bulletins are covered. 2nd clause no excessive oil consumption or compression issues are covered. As most technicians know just about any issue with a vehicle, it will have a technical service bulletin issued. Though they say all internally lubricated parts are covered. I received a letter implying that the service plan I purchased when we bought our car was about to expire. I called and answered their questions about our car and they offered me a 7 year contract with a $195.00 down payment and 36 monthly payments of $97.00. I said that was not in our budget so Kate said she would talk to her pricing supervisor to lower the price. I told her not to call me back just email me.
