They are a SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE!! I didn't noticed that I even had this thrown into my car payments. Ask questions and READ your paperwork before signing. We paid $1500.00 (stupid us) to a company that is only willing to cover a $100.00 repair. BUYER BEWARE!!

Poor Customer Service & Deceptive. I signed up for coverage and was told I would receive my policy the same day by email and an original coot by US mail. A week later, I received no email nor did I receive a copy via US mail. I called and found out they had an incorrect email address (although I repeated it carefully three times). I then asked why I didn’t receive the copy in the mail. They had no answer but rather said they would Email and mail it that day. I got a letter from them right after I purchased a new vehicle with an extended warranty from the dealer. I called the number on the letter and Austin, "my ***** specialist" told me my warranty didn't cover the electrical systems. They were willing to sell me another warranty for $3600. I told them I needed to call my dealership. Austin told me this offer was for today only. I got angry and told him, "No!" I will be calling my dealership. extremely deceptive advertising. They try to make people believe through a letter that their car service plan is going to have a price increase to get people to call them. Then they try to sell some kind of vehicle warranty that is unneeded.

Absolutely horrible experience with this so-called extended warranty company. Worst customer service, puts the onus in the burden on the customer, and is incredibly argumentative when you try and reason.

Thus company can not be trusted with your information. The sales reps perform misleading sales tactics to get you To sign up. They do not disclose the true pricing and will charge your account additional charges without authorization of the charge amounts. It is a bait and switch scam. I spoke to them in the evening and called the next morning at 8:00 am and the refused to cancel and gstop the process. He pushed it through anyway. Now I am having trouble teaching anyone to help me. I had Endurance for about two years.I have a 2011 *** 5 series. I only took my car to *** for my maintenance. My *** factory warranty expired early 2017. So I decided to invest in this company in the same year. I paid more than $3400. July 27, 2019 my engine stopped running on the highway. They are not familiar with the maintenance of *** schedule, and denied my claim several times. My *** service adviser and I kept going back and forth with Endurance for two month with no rental car. After paying a premium of over $2400 for the highest tire coverage my claim was denied until the failing part actually completely dies. This not only puts me at risk to be stranded with my kids in the car, it is also blowing fuel fumes into the car so that we taste it. WORST company and just take your premiums with no intention to pay. I will dispute all these charges with my credit card as this is fraud. STAY AWAY!
