BUYERS DO NOT PURCHASE, I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE THE COMPPANY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY WHICH WAS PAID 2,400.00 .I had a AC converter break they paid for it but the stress to get it paid was horrible, customer service is hard to reach AND THE WEEKENDS ARE THE WORST! THEY ARE HORRIABLE COMPANY !!!! I

Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. is nothing but a scam set up to take your money and provide as little service as possible. I have a contract paid in full for car repair services. I was told that I needed a new timing chain for my car by the car dealer ship. My car has 155,000 miles and my contract covers up to 198,000. Today I was told it would not be covered if the problem was wear and tear, but it would be covered if the belt was damaged or broken. This does not make sense. BUYERS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!!! I purchased a warranty from this company. Upon opening the policy I explained that "my car has a CVT transmission," which the VIN number also gives them that info. I made the down payments, made the monthly payments on time, and did the XYZ to meet their requirements for the policy. Months later, I started having issues with my trans. I purchased a warranty from this company. I was happy and satisfied what they had to offer but I soon as my car broke down there a lot of false info shared and passed around from customer service depart and claims department. I was told that my warranty will start after 1000 mile or 60 days. My car broke down on day 59, but I drove over 3500 mile since warranties purchase. I talk to multiple people and I was given different information on how to file a claim to wait until 60 days and file claim again. The last guy I talk to ... read more

This business has harassed me to review my policy for the last two years. Each letter is the last chance. The return address shows the sender to be 2019 Vehicle Notification Department leading the recipient to believe this letter may be a vehicle recall. Sometimes it notes immediate attention required. This policy was for a 2014 vehicle. I replied to several letters stating I was not interested. Got a call from Endurance stating a price increase on a EVSP. When I questioned the agent on details of the warranty she was unable to give me any details. I do not have a warranty through this company, when I called the company I have a plan with they said they never send letters advising of changes in cost, "what you paid is all you ever will pay." I have no idea how they got my information, BEWARE of scammers!
