I received a notification about a policy price increase, even though I have never been a customer, nor have I ever owned a vehicle. I called to ask them whether there was a current policy under my name (in case of identity theft), and the representative very helpfully said that no there was not, and that the letter I had received was an "offer" even though it very clearly was intended to scare me into wondering what was going on. Letter from company to renew vehicle warranty that I don't have, it is a scam using **** mail we have no vehicle warranty. Implying I have limited time to renew to avoid price increase. Do not send correspondence on any vehicles registered to my address.
This warranty is a Fraud!! Beware before subscribing to this warranty program. I went to a ***** dealership to fix two complaints I have on the car. The car was leaking oil-like fluid under the car; that one they will fix and it will be covered under warranty. The other complaint I have is the ticking noise coming from the engine. I believe this is a scam, and I would like my full name taken off of there mailing list permanently I don't know why they keep notifying about a warranty I don't have a car.
Scummy company who persist in sending me mail although I have never driven a car in my life. I've received a half dozen of these ridiculous letters that are fraudulent ... these principals need to put in a jail cell.
So I was lied to by a rep "it covers the front to the back everything in it." Then it covered nothing. So I called to cancel, and the sales rep said I'll pay off the rest so you can think. Call me back with a decision. I want to cancel so I cancel. I call they say I'm cancelled for none payment. Huh?!? I keep at it he then says oh they forgot a note. I get a prorated amount mind you I paid almost 3k they only want to give 1k even though I have not used it. For me and it seems many otgers we were being scammed.
Envelope only states: "Important-Open Immediately" which right there is cause for alarm (for most people). Opened envelope to find a bogus letter from Endurance! Letter started out: "We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Service Plans (EVSP) effective November 28, 2019. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your (Year and name of my vehicle)." The letter goes on and on. This company is definitely promoting fraud and specifically elder fraud. Put the name of the company in the search bar of your computer (Endurance- 400 Skokie Blvd/ Suite 105/ Northbrook IL) and it has already been designated by BBB as being a scammer. They were asked to stop scamming by the BBB in August of 2019 but they keep doing it. I received a fake warranty letter on Nov. 21, 2019. Lokk at some of the comments underneath and you will see some people are falling for this scam.
Stay away from this company. I was sold a warranty that I was told will cover just about everything that is not "routine maintenance". "If the check engine light comes on, this package will cover whatever is causing it". That is what I was told and it was a lie. I spent almost $6000 on the diamond package (I'm embarrassed to admit that) that endurance farmed out to another vendor.
