Deceptive, fraudulent advertising. I filed a complaint with **** Inspector.
Please beaware of this company! My husband canceled his warranty with this company, and they continued to charge our account. We called them to request a refund, and they told us that we had to write a letter, get it notarized and mail it to the corporate office and they will honor a partial refund which will take months. I asked them why did they charge our account when we canceled the warranty and why did we have to write a letter when they made the mistake of charging our account. This company is a total scam. All the five star reviews you read are written by the company themselves. Do NOT fall for it.
Generally I think Endurance has a good product. However, I resent the hustle accompanied by a referral from the initial contact Daron to Anthony where Anthony attempted to change what was previously agreed to with Daron. Essentially, what this boils down to is a hustle by a disreputable representative Anthony in an attempt to decrease offered aspects of coverage detailed during the prior information supplied by Daron. This company is sending harassing and threatening letters to invoke fear in recipients in order to get recipients to call number and potentially get scammed into buying extended warranty service. This is shameful actions of a business.
This company is a total unprofessional joke! They solicited me for months with letters stating terms such as this communication requires your immediate attention, you must call before such and such date to be approved, it has come to our attention that you have not yet filed for your warranty, etc etc. So I decided to call and give these idiots a run for their money and continue s ridiculous conversation in order to waste their time as they have mine. DO NOT Buy Extended warranty from this company! They are rated number one for customers service but last for paying for your repairs! All their 4-5 stars are for taking your money, but once you need them they will deny your claim! I got this service thinking it was a good idea but for the last 3 months I have had to call in regards to my payments we change our debit card info on the account and call them to give them the new card info but every month the payment has to be made manually because they refused to update our account information and they had the nerve to charge us late fees I am very disappointed with the customer service at this company
