So far, a terrible experience with getting our transmission repaired. From Endurance Warranty telling our repairshop that we don't have enough coverage (which is not true, supposedly an error), then now the person who has to approve it is on vacation (which she is only off for the day. We have had to call them more than once to get things moving. Horrible marketing. I think of grandparents and parents that may be receiving the same notification, and being tricked/scammed into thinking they have to purchase this. Very very shady marketing. You should be ashamed of yourself.

This outfit is ********. Received a letter today, they want to extend coverage for my wife's car. Only problem? She passed away 22 years ago last October.

Endurance is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if I could. After the grace period had ended, I had an issue with my turbo. This was an expensive repair, but I was glad I had signed up for a warranty. An inspector came out to look at my car and said that they would not fix the turbo because my tires were 1/8th of an inch smaller than they were supposed to be — completely unrelated to the problem and I bought the car this way and had made no modifications to the car. I purchase the policy from Endurance 2018 01 .10 My car broke down 11/22/2018 I tow the car the closest ********** dealer service, My understanding it is the most qualified repair service who can diagnose or repair my ********** Eos 2009 Lux vehicle. The shop is diagnose the transmission need to replace. And was contact Endurance to start the claim. This time was start the most painful and worst customer service experiences what ever I have. This company is a scam. Don't fall for their lies. They send you a letter, not sure where they get their data but don't be fooled into believing they are legitimate. They will simply take your money. period. Throw any letters you get from this company away. It should be illegal to commit theft by deception......oh wait, it is. File a complaint with the FTC and FCC.

Be careful with this company. This is usually a well conceived scam and they just sell extended warranties for other companies, which means that they are no going to take care of your car. I made a claim and before that ,everything was good. After I made a claim they referred me to some other extended warranty ripoff and they were really rude and they hung up the phone on me ;they paid for half of the repairs and I was left hanging with another bill to pay for. I had the Endurance Platinum Plan, I sold the truck that was covered by Endurance and bought a new car that was covered with the factory warranty, no longer needing the balance of my warranty I asked for the refund balance, it was a little over $200. I submitted all the paperwork and was told my check would be mailed out within 5 business days, 5 days past and no check, I called them again and turns out both had been done however they did verify that they had all the required paperwork for my refund.
