This company mailed me a letter saying that my warranty on my vehicle was about to expire when it was still under the factory warranty. They also could not verify my information when I tried to ask about the matter. Unprofessional, overbearing, & aggressive reps who like to play WORD games when it comes to canceling a contact. NO format to confirm cancellation, tried to charge EXTRA FEES to CANCEL, REFUSED to give confirmation #, email or text to confirm that I canceled my contract! My extended warranty was paid for in full, it costed about $3,000 and they did their best Not to cover things I needed fixed on my car that they portrayed would be covered but oddly that isn't even my main concern. After careful research, I decided to add an extended warranty on my 2004 f150 since i had planned on keeping it for the long haul. Shortly after the warranty was added, i began to notice idling issues with the truck as well as stumbling. I took it in to the local ford house for them to diagnose and was rewarded with "It needs a new engine, the cam phasers have failed and damaged multiple parts." This company continues to harass me about purchasing a warranty for a vehicle I no longer own. I have repeatedly tried to tell them that I want to be taken off of their calling list but all they do is hang up on me. I get approx 3-4 calls a month from them and now I just started receiving mailed notices. This is borderline harassment.
My mother received a letter from this company indicating that her warranty was about to expire. She is elderly and called the phone number on the letter and ended up purchasing an extended warranty for a car that she recently purchased. A car that is still under the factory 3/36k warranty. I got a letter from this company on the letter it stated for October 28th I got the letter November 10th and it told me that I had 2 days to renew my warranty when I called said I could only use this code one time and that I had to renew today or I wouldn't be covered I told him to hold the line so I could check my warranty by the time I got back to the phone and hung up.
