Purchased a "Extra Supreme" extended car warranty in April 2016 through Endurance. It was sold to me as a "bumper to bumper" full coverage plan that would cover nearly everything with the exception of wear parts(brakes, tires, etc)I have a 2008 **** ****** * that runs very well but has over 100K miles on it and little things are beginning to go. After being denied service repair from the local shop we took our car to earlier this year for another issue, Endurance suggested we take it to the dealership. So when we had alternator failure a few days ago we took it straight to the dealership service department. My alternator went out and I made sure to call Endurance before making any move because I didn't want to be denied (again). I purchased a policy in May 2016 and unfortunately for me, 1053 miles and 63 days into the claim, I experienced an issue with my vehicle. Their sales pitch is that no inspection is required which is why they have a 1,000 mile and 60 day waiting period. I immediately called them to report the issue and they first, refused to accept my oil change receipt. Next, after accepting it, they sent an inspector who immediately denied my claim due to them feeling as if the issue was preexisting. According to several mechanics that I've... read more

They are incredibly difficult to deal with. They will only pay to have used parts put on your car. You don't put used parts on a ***! Just getting approved to have work done is such a pain its not even worth it. The insisted one of their adjusters come out to verify the issue. They wont trust what the mechanic sais or bills for unless they come out to look at it. Which takes time. The guy didn't show up when he was supposed to. And he insisted the the part was disassembled before he even looked at it. So I couldn't drive the... read more

If you receive a legal-looking notice in the mail that warns "...if you did not obtain coverage at time of purchase, you should act immediately"; ..."you will be at risk of being financially liable...", THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT and not any form or legal notification!! It is a thoroughly crooked way of doing business, as they do not clearly state who they are or that they are TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING. Buyers Beware I purchased an extended auto warranty from Endurance Vehicle Warranty . The policy had been in effect for 65 days when the air conditioner quit working . I called the service department for the names of garages in my area and took it to a covered garage . When the owner called for advanced approval they denied my claim . They insisted that they would only explain the reason to me , so I called them and they went through a myriad of reasons why they would not cover repairs . I just had the WORSE experience with Endurance! They denied my claim as a pre-existing issue when there was not one! I was instructed to get a diagnostic done. I did that. Got my transmission service like I was recommended, but it just went out today! Endurance told me that they told me to purchase a new one back then, but they did not! They were very rude to me, especially the manager! He was not helpful at all and straight lied to me!
