Stay away from this people! they don't like to give out refund. Every time I contacted them is the same answer "be patient, your refund is coming".... Two weeks have past to refund the money that take them less than a minute to take out of your account. And I still haven't got it

I purchased a 5 year warrenty with this company at a cost of $2700 and was told that it covered everything from bumper to bumper, A to Z.....WRONG!!!!!! This warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. I have filed as many as 5 requests for warranty service and all of them have been refused. To me that constitutes bad business, why would I pay the amount I did and have it not cover anything. Beware if purchasing from this company, this warranty doesn`t cover anything. I am very upset. My vehicle broke down the day after my policy kicked in. The claims rep implied that this had to be an existing problem therefor he was denying my claim. He cared more about the day and time that this happen over the problem with my vehicle. He stressed that several times. It doesn't matter if it happen 2 minutes or 2 months after my policy kicked in, I'm supposed to be covered. I contacted EWS to cancel an extended warranty for my 2013 ***. I spoke with Martin ********* and he did nothing but harass me about canceling. He spoke to me in a condescending way because I was a woman I'm guessing. I told him I didn't want the hassle I just wanted to cancel. He was beyond rude!! I asked how long my refund would take and he told me two weeks. That's ridiculous when they could put it back on my card. it doesn't take two weeks to mail a check! After paying the deposit and one month payment, my transmission died. They recommended an Ammco transmission store on south Halsted in Chicago. The specialist stated to me there is no evidence of a pre-existing condition. The endurance office people then lied on the tech while I was in the same shop with the tech. They said "The tech said it was a pre-existing condition". The tech then informed the office people "That's not what I told you". Endurance repeatedly back peddled until I demanded all my money back. This company is the worst that could be. I purchased extended warranty, but claim department denied to pay for repair. I'm in active duty and ready to be deployed. STAY AWAY OF THIS BUSINESS. OTHERWISE YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY

I felt that I was pushed to purchase this product under false pretenses. I was told the warranty was through Toyota, that was not true.

This company is a total fraud. when they sold the package, it's the best package cover bumper to bumper. Now when my dealer called to Endurance, they recommend lowest after market parts, not the ****** recommend parts. top of it, they will not cover many things. it's a total cheating, liars.

Endurance Customer Service Manager spoke with the customer and reviewed the coverage details with him. He also explained to the customer under which conditions aftermarket parts are acceptable replacements by his vehicle manufacturer. We are continuing to work with the customer to make sure his vehicle is repaired to his satisfaction. At this point, the customer has expressed his satisfaction with our handling of this matter.

Making a claim is a big hassle. They expect Owner to pay for engine tear down so mechanic can take pictures for them to possibly cover the repair. If they deny it (which was the case with my vehicle TWICE) then Owner must pay the mechanic directly. They take several days to respond and only cover car rental IF they approve the repair. The mechanic cannot start repairs until after Endurance approves the repair, which may take a few days. I have been without a vehicle for 4 days now and still no approval.
